Mandeville, LA Its what you need to know about the U.N. Arms Treaty conference, with help from the Second Amendment Foundation, SAAMI, Gun Rights Examiner writers and Ted Nugent, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
This Sunday, Alan Gottlieb of the Second Amendment Foundation (http:www.saf.org), Rick Patterson of the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute, National Gun Rights Examiner writer David Codrea (http://www.examiner.com/gun-rights-in-national/david-codrea), Seattle Gun Rights Examiner writer Dave Workman (http://www.examiner.com/gun-rights-in-seattle/dave-workman) and rocker and activist Ted Nugent (http://www.tednugent.com/) drop by Gun Talk to discuss the U.N. Arms Treaty, stories you need to be paying attention to, and more.
"The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty has the potential for drastically harming a fundamental right protected by the U.S. Constitution," said Tom Gresham, host of Gun Talk. "For this Sunday's show, we have compiled an A-list of people who have been at the U.N. meetings, and who have been reporting on this for years. We'll have action items for gun owners who are asking what they can do to fight this takeover."
Its also the last week to enter to win the July Gun Talk giveaway from Timney Triggers! The Grand Prize is a $750 gift certificate to spend at www.timneytriggers.com. Each week, ten first prize winners will receive a Timney Triggers tension scale. Enter by July 27th at www.guntalk.com/contest.
Pow!!
THX for the ping
It should be a very interesting show tonight with the UN arms treaty and the Tuscaloosa and Aurora tragedy’s, plus Uncle Ted stops by and Alan Gottlieb.
Anytime.
FReepmail to get On/Off the Guntalk Pinglist
Looking forward to today’s show. Hope Tom watched the Sunday Shows and saw all the gun grabbers lie their asses off exploiting the dead.
Apparently if someone or someones were carrying CCW in the theatre the Libtaard consensus is they would have shot indiscriminately killing innocent bystanders because they are all stupid or something. I just wanted to puke.
The show should be very interesting.
10mm Kimber? Didn’t know they made them.
I would love to carry a 10mm with me at all times. Unfortunately, I live in the Peoples’ Republik of Kalifornia.
Ted is so right on!
I carry when I’m cutting the grass.
I’m in POW
You can still apply can’t you?
I know it’s not as easy on Ca.
Howdy Dave!
I’m here.
Actually listening this time, instead of just following the thread.
BUMP!
Kimber made the Gun Talk 10mm.

You should be able to get either the Glock 20 (full size) or Glock 29 (compact) in 10mm in CA.
I'd like to get the Colt Delta Elite that they've just re-released, but I don't know if it's on the CA roster.
Hey Randall!
Good show tonight.
It’s sad that it takes a tragedy like Aurora to get the country’s attention.
Kalifornia + Gore = no chance.
Agreed.
Am I listening to the right station stream? They’re talking about hunting, but I don’t know. Never listened to the show before.
Damn that’s sweet, but I don’t like the two tone.
San Diego “Used to be” Conservative.
Of course that’s when Rodger Hedgcock was the Mayor and Pete Wilson was Governor
WOW! I had no eye deer!
It’s not on their website I can find.
You might have to order from the custom shop.
Excellent! Thank you!
Dang, you missed segment with Ted Nugent, but you can listen to that later at the podcast here.

7/22/12/ Part A
Yeah. I’m currently spanking myself for that.
DAMMIT!
Can’t believe 0bama is about to speak in Aurora Colorado before these people finished mourning.
I would encourage you all to train at an IDPA range.
Standing in a lane, shooting paper just isn’t training.
+100 for IDPA
I’ve only done it once, but it was an awesome experience.
Has anybody actually seen a no guns sign at the theater? The Cinemark locations here do not have any.
Do you have a link for these ranges?
I did a search, but only found a bunch of YouTube links.
If it’s not posted in a manner approved by TDPS then you can carry there.
The sign must be at eye level and I believe the lettering has to be a min of 1” tall.
They have one in Denver? SCHWEEEET!
Thank you.
Yep. Very very few of them around here. There are lots of people, even Tom, saying the Aurora theater was gun free. I’m wondering if that is really true.
Rec'd my replacement CZ-82 Friday. It's definitely a “very good” condition unit. The mag and holster they shipped with it were both brand new never used. (The holster is so stiff I can't even get the gun jammed into it without it pushing the slide back.) My only complaint is the sights are kind of yellowed. Will probably attack that with some modeling paint.
Took it to the indoor range yesterday and ran about 150 rounds through it. Shoots right where you aim it. You can do head shots at 40 feet without even trying.
Dang I love these CZs. If I had more money I'd buy two or three more.
I think idpa is only $25 at the Terrel pistol and rifle club.
My friend went last weekend.
You can hear Uncle Ted on the podcast later

7/22/12 Part A
Good deal on the CZ 82!
Now feed it with Selior and Belloit for practice and Hornady XTP for carry.
$25 sounds right to me, but it’s been 2 or 3 years now.
I wish I could find the time to do it more often. They have at least 2 a month at my club, but i just don’t seem to be able to get out there.
I am not sure of Cinemark has a corporate policy.
I have read that some theater do post and that it was improperly posted. Some hand done sign where no one can see it.
A sign like that does not meet the letter of the law in Tx.
There are registered sex offenders name “Brian Ross”. LMAO!
My friend said one time they made them start off taking a nap on a cot LoL
He said he had a hella time getting up off that thing!
Almost busted that ass LoL
He’s a big guy and not so spry anymore.
I LMAO at that one too!!
