A disabled Israeli war veteran is said to be in a serious condition after setting himself on fire at a bus stop near Tel Aviv.
The man was in dispute with officials in charge of rehabilitating veterans, according to a veterans' group.
Sunday's case came hours before the funeral of Moshe Silman, who died a week after setting himself on a fire at a protest against inequality.

This happens with all military veteran groups. They can’t make a living so they want free because they think the country owes them for life. It is even common here.
Well, if they received the permanent injuries while serving the country, then they did sacrifice something that cannot be recompensed. If anyone should receive taxpayer funds for disability, it should be such individuals. The nation owes it to them for their sacrifice.
