A 4-year-old boy died after he took a bullet in the head during a wild shootout on a Bronx basketball court Sunday night, cops and witnesses said.
Two men were also wounded in the gunfire that erupted during a hoops tournament at an E. 165th St. court in Morrisania about 9:40 p.m., police said.

The crowd of people had been watching the “First Annual Ghetto Angels Basketball Tournament” at the court in the Forrest Houses.
The game was part of an annual memorial for a 15-year-old girl that was stabbed to death one year ago, housing residents said.

Well the thugs have 'evolved' now using speedy bullets instead.
Bloomie will argue that the reason there are guns in NYC despite strict gun control is because guns are readily and legally available in places like Virginia, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, etc. THat's why he wants to prevent the sale of firearms to any person in every state.
I wonder what he is going do to stop "thugs" from smuggling supersized soft drinks into the NYC.

Heroin, cocaine, crack, and meth are illegal in every state in the country, yet there is n shortage on the streets of NYC.
We can’t say that in this day and age.
But for a fact things haven’t changed much in the ghetto. Blacks are still their own worst enemy.
Aborting their children, spreading aids,violent acts upon each other,70% born out of wedlock,generations of welfare families. They cannot blame these things on anyone but themselves, but they try real hard.
At least none of the shooters had a 24 oz. Diet Coke on him. That could have been really dangerous!
