News broke Saturday night that Aurora police were sent a message electronically threatening more violence if James Holmes wasn't released from prison. Police found and interviewed him on Saturday, but he hasn't been charged with anything in connection with the crime.
This Fox Denver affiliate reports police received a message electronically that threatened more violence if Holmes wasn't released from prison. No one has released his name because he hasn't been charged with anything. But, according to the person's Facebook page, he has a master's in biomedical science, and Anshutz Medical Center confirmed he was in the same program Holmes withdrew from a month ago. ABC News Denver reports authorities traced the message to a router in Aurora, but it's uncertain whether the message was sent natively or whether someone routed it through there. He was picked up by police and interviewed Saturday afternoon.
Aurora police said there's "no reason to believe" the person was involved with the crime at all, but that they did learn more information about James Holmes from the interview. Police were able to get past the first line of defenses in Holmes' booby-trapped apartment yesterday. "This apartment was designed to kill. If you think we're mad, we're sure as hell angry," police said at a press conference on Saturday. The trip wire set when you enter the apartment was designed to kill the first person to enter the room. Police said there was evidence of "some calculation and deliberation," in the apartment.

Were there security cameras around the theatre? Wouldn’t take much to see if he was in any of them.
I would think it is a criminal act. I think this could rise to the "yelling fire in a crowded theater" concern, particularly in this case.
Hmm if this happened as reported, a friend of a mass murderer threatens violence if he’s not released, and all that merits is a police interview?

I saw a pic of a bearded Holmes being carried off a OWS protest by police. Funny it never made headlines. Has since been removed.

In a statement obtained by Fox News, Aurora Police Department spokeswoman Cassidee Carlson called reports of a second suspect "unconfirmed and inaccurate."
She confirmed an "associate" of Holmes had been interviewed in relation to the case, but said at this time they do not believe he was involved.
Sources told Fox News a possible second person of interest in the case was being investigated, though authorities were not yet sure if the individual is necessarily tied to the crime.
The person who owns the home where the reported person of interest lives tells FoxNews.com investigators are looking for his tenant because they have interviewed all students from Holmes's program and his tenant is the only one who they haven't been able to reach. However, the landlord said he believes the tenant has been in Korea for "weeks."

The police are interviewing everybody and anybody who had any contact with Holmes. A “person of interest” doesn’t necessarily mean a “suspect”. A “person of interest” can also mean a potential “witness” or someone who may be able to shed light on Holmes’ behavior in recent months. This sort of thing is probably why the police asked the judge to seal warrants and the investigation. This way anybody who the police are seeking to interview isn’t painted by the MSM as a “suspect” when all they might be is some sort of witness.
The guy who started that retracted the statement. Basically he was pulling a cBS.

Why not? If this guy was an OWS protester, Sharia law would have "forgiven" his school loans. He'd be a good person to recruit for a terrorist attack.

Yea well except that has been repeatedly debunked here – those cops are NYC PD, not San Diego cops.
And here is a photo of what appears to me to be the same guy as the one being arrested at the NYC OWS protest.
Tell me again how he or either of these guys is the same person as James Holmes?

Obama’s Saturday morning address mentioned bringing “whoever is responsible” to justice, never suggesting it was a single specific shooter and stepping back from his earlier statement that it was done by evil. The weekly address could have been recorded Friday. What did Obama know when? Would Obama / Holder blame someone else for James’ actions? Do the Feds have jurisdiction on this one?

Take a close look at the photograph at the linked webpage. The caption reads "Occupy San Diego." I'm about 98% sure that the cops in the photograph are NYPD. If so, then the entire article is suspect.
Read a report today where Holmes described himself as "agnostic".
Romney also mentioned “those responsible” in his address Saturday. I still have suspicions about this, especially since records have been sealed.
Maybe James was damaged by a neuro experiment? Maybe 300k of student loan debt did it?
In the beginning ABC said his father was Muslim of Turkish descent...doesn’t look like it.

Based on what little we all know, I believe this was a false flag operation from top to bottom. If all fits just too nicely. Flame away if you will, but it is was my belief when I first heard the report and it is still my belief.
The suspect appears to not even know what is happening or what happened. A Tell Tale sign. Look for some high powered government “shrink” to be appointed, he will be the handler and was the handler from the get go.
I agree. With his helmet and gas mask on, have any witnesses said it was definitely Holmes in the theatre?
