A man who was at the Colorado movie theater where a dozen people were killed this morning, says he saw the gunman.
He says he thinks someone deliberately let the gunman inside once the movie started.
Here's what he told TV station KCNC this morning live on their newscast.
"As I was sitting down to get my seat, I noticed that a person came up to the front row, the front right, sat down, and as credits were going, it looked like he got a phone call. He went out toward the emergency exit doorway, which I thought was unusual to take a phone call. And it seemed like he probably pried it open, or probably did not let it latch all the way. As soon as the movie started, somebody came in, all black, gas mask, armor, and threw a gas can into the audience, and it went off, and then there were gunshots that took place."

We did the same thing in the 50s, but in the 60s, those doors had *claxon alarms* wired to them w/ warning signs, and we’d alert the whole damned theater and security-usher guys. LOL. I haven’t been to an actual movie theater in 35+yrs, so I don’t know how/if they’re wired these days.
There is a video from a Denver news station that reported on a “person of interest” who was a cohort of Holmes at the university. He, I believe, is the one with two roommates. Someone posted the link on FR yesterday. Try searching “interest” under titles and you might find it, if you’re lucky.;-)
This is what bothers me. The very first reports describe an “Indian male” as a suspect. That doesn’t really match the description of the shooter, If anything they might have decribed him as having bright red hair. They didn’t. I understand that when he was shooting, he had a hemet on and the room was filled with smoke so I doubt they would say he was “indian” based on what was seen during the shooting. The police said he was still in riot gear when they found him. All I want to know is who was this “indian male” and why did witnesses think he had something to do with this?
It always amazed me how quickly he was executed. Most people on Death Row are there for 10, 15 or 20 years before justice is served. How did that happen so fast?
He didn’t appeal the sentences. That saves a TON of time.
EXCELLENT point. This is a great point that pretty much debunks the conspiracy angle. You KNOW they would do this.
Another very interesting new thing I learned last night was that a student from his school called the police and “told them something would happen if they did not release the suspect.” The police did question the person and let them go! This was revealed on Judge Jeanine on Fox News last night by Michelle Sigona, Investigative Crime Reporter, who talked to Detective Lucy with Aurora police dept.. (I tape a lot with my VCR so got her name.) I do not know how to spell the name of the student but it sounded like Juan Paul Lee or Won Paul Lee. Something like that.
Many are reading way too much into this tragedy...he did not have to leave his stuff outside the door..his car was parked 25 feet away...
And Alex Jones is a few Fruit Loops short of a bowl of cereal.
That is what I think happened. It wasn’t another person - it was Holmes.
It was brought up where he got all his money. Many if not most grad students are employees of the uni aka teaching assistants to the undergrad students or have other paid duties at one time or another
Exactly. Until recently he had a job in the research lab at the medical school. And he had a NIH grant. These types of grants often pay for more than just books and tuition; they often include stipends for housing and living expenses and are periodically paid out in lump sums. It wasnt as if he was concerned about paying back his unused grant money after he dropped out of the program just last month. Along with a few credit cards which credit card companies love to offer to college students, along with some careful budgeting and planning, he could have easily had enough money to purchase what he did over the last three months or so.
I didn’t know that. Thank you, trailhkr1. (I’m still jaded though.. LOL!)
Which gives me more reason to believe it was a lone nut. If Alex Jones said the sun is shining, I would have to look out the window to verify. He is a wackjob at best and someone purposefully spreading disinformation at worst.
I remember hearing that McVeighh asked to be executed soon. That sounded bizarre to me at the time.
Actually, the Luby’s Cafeteria shooting is probably the #1 reason why we got “shall issue” laws passed in Texas. The shooter was able to kill 23 people at his leisure, reloading multiple times with two pistols. Amply illustrating that when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
I'm convinced it was Padilla, and that is why he was given the extraordinary treatment (at the time) of trying American citizens as enemy combatants.
Consider:
Eye witnesses say there were two... but what in the hell do they know... listen to brian ross and george stuffoneupyourbutticus!
LLS
What's a move - eee - thea - ter ?
Hard to imagine going these days, I'd guess that tickets might be a bit higher than $4...
It is easy to control the unbalance mind. Look at the Democratic party.
