A Rockland man arrested and charged with dumping suspicious-looking bags in a pond and climbing a tree in his underwear had been accused earlier that day of kicking a student in the head while substitute teaching in Brockton.
Ariz Nasar Saleem, 26, was arraigned this week in Brockton District Court on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (his foot) on a child under 14, threat to commit a crime and witness intimidation.

According to a report by school police officer Daniel Vaughn, who interviewed the parents of the child who was allegedly kicked, Saleem was wearing dark sunglasses and speaking “very weird,” saying things like, “If my glasses come off, you will have 10 years of darkness.”
The student’s mother, Sharon Webb, said that at one point Saleem started demonstrating “Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan karate moves” and kicked one student in the stomach, police said.
Her son, James Webb, went over to see if the other child was OK and Saleem gave him a roundhouse kick to the forehead, police alleged.
James told his parents that Saleem told him “if you tell anyone about this, you will have 10 years of darkness,” Vaughn wrote in his report.

There are some schools in Brockton you don’t want to teach in without full body armor.
The way I read it is that the underwear is “charged up” with a “hitting Brockton student”.
