Calling for widespread action to stop gun violence in Chicago, about 70 faith leaders from the city and nearby suburbs gathered Monday for prayer and reflection.
"We're tired of doing funerals. I feel like this tiredness has awakened us to really do something," said Pastor Paco Amador of the New Life Community Church in Little Village.

The violence and killings in Chicago are these people’s fault. They support the corrupt politicians and street thugs who make Chicago what it is. Then they put on this phony victim act and pretend that it is not their fault things are so bad. They are nothing but Hypocrites. They make me sick.
They want to pass more gun control laws. They want to give more taxpayer money to thugs and criminals.

I think there were more people killed in Chicago over the weekend than were killed in the Aurora shooting.
Even if these clergy were all Mr. Integrity, they would find it extremely difficult to reach these lost, drifting gang bangers who live the ever-hating morals of the only families they know. It takes a church not just a preacher. (Shameless pun on it takes a village.)
