New Yorkers and Californians shouldn’t be allowed to have firearms to defend themselves.

I can’t remember, it was a long time ago, but someone did a study on career criminals. Over 95% of incarcerated violent criminals FEARED running into an armed civilian and had little fear of the cops. They knew the cops had to follow rules are regulations before shooting. Civilians did not. I’ll try to find it, it was published in the ‘80s or ‘90s.
