The mother of Connor Stevens, one of five Occupy Cleveland members accused of attempting to bomb a Cleveland-area bridge on April 30, called for the death of the FBI informant in the case at a protest this morning. People are infuriated by sexual predators: put em away, kill em, how dare we have sexual predators! You know what that informant is? A sexual predator, only its under the guise of the FBI, said Gail Stevens, discussing the case with reporters in Akron.
Ms. Stevens assigned blame for the alleged bomb plot to the FBI, claiming her son Connor who is 20 years old was entrapped. Stevens went on to say, None of them have a car! None of them have a drivers license! But that criminal did. He drove them around, he took care of them, he worked with them 12 hours a day. That is a predator, and thats what happened in this case. They were taken in by a predator. To me, even worse than a sexual predator.
All five of the defendants in the case are adult males. Anthony Hayne, who pleaded guilty in todays court appearance, is 35 years old.
As reported by ABC 5, Supporters of the five held signs Wednesday that read Stop FBI Entrapment and Justice Dont Be Blind. The mother of one defendant says the suspects were manipulated by an FBI informant. In the story featuring the interview with Ms. Stevens, ABC 5 makes no mention of Occupy Cleveland although the alleged bomb-plotters were heavily involved with the far-left protest group.

Yeah, I’m not inclined to agree with the Occutards, but if they are saying that the FBI infiltrated an informant in their group as an agent provacateur, to encourage them to commit crimes so the FBI could make a big arrest, well, that sounds exactly like the FBI SOP for dealing with “domestic threats”. They’ve done the same thing to militias and survivalist groups for many years.
A good rule of thumb is, if you are in any group, and someone starts suggesting that you guys should bomb something, the one doing the suggesting is working for the FBI.
The way to stop that is everyone in the group to report him to the fbi.
The nut doesn’t fall too far from the tree.
Ya beat me.
I am just curious. Is this the same Gail Stevens that is pictured in this story: http://abclocal.go.com/kfsn/story?section=news/politics&id=8744086 ?
Probably a fairly common name, but I was just wondering.
Hehe, yeah I guess that might work.
I’m waiting for a real FUBAR operation to happen where the FBI informant is egging on a group that ends up being composed completely of informants for other agencies. Who would they arrest then, each other?
