They Can't Steal the Election If We Vote!

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Bruce in Naples, Florida, you're next on the program. Hello.

CALLER: Hey, Rush, how you doing?

RUSH: Good.

CALLER: Real quick, my thinking is that they put out these bogus polls like this to create the perception that Obama's close, even though we know he's not, but they want to create that. That way there will be less of an uproar when they steal this election. That's my comment.

RUSH: I don't think they're gonna be able to steal the election. They're gonna try, and I know they're gonna have all kinds of dead people voting. I'm gonna tell you, my attitude about stealing the election, that's tantamount to saying there's nothing we can do, and I don't accept that. If they can steal the election and win it every time, then we would never win any, and it simply isn't the case. Republicans win a lot of elections. In fact, Obama really hasn't won one that mattered since his own, in 2008. If they were ever gonna be able to steal an election, they shoulda been able to do it in Wisconsin. They didn't come close.

Look, I understand voter fraud's a big thing, and I understand that the Democrats need it, but there's not enough fraud that they're gonna be able to commit and get away with. But the whole idea, the whole notion of believing that they can just flip a switch, steal an election, why, if that's the case, then there's no sense in even trying, is what it says to me, and you don't believe that, I don't believe that. And logic says that if they could steal elections, they would never lose them, unless they lose some on purpose to cover up the fact that they're stealing elections. Which is really tinfoil hat land, black helicopter, that they lose certain elections just to hide the fact that they're stealing at will. You know, if it's a real, real tight election like Kennedy, Nixon, yeah, the last moments, can do what you need, but the vote deficiency to overcome, if the election were today, for example, there's not enough fraud that they get away with committing. They're that far behind, and don't doubt me that they know it right now.

BREAK TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: You know, this voter fraud business, this notion they put out there, like this guy said they can steal the election. If they make you think that they can steal the election, they've just suppressed your vote, and that's another tactic here when they talk about stealing the election. You're supposed to get so depressed, you're supposed to think it's so impossible, the odds are so stacked against you, why even show up? You gotta fight it, folks. They can't steal the election if we vote. There aren't enough of 'em.

Voting for a third party candidate is a vote for 0bama. Think about it

Oh and staying home in the 2006 election did also send a message which gave the rats the House and the Senate and the nation high unemployment and a miserable economy, plus the terrible 0bamaCare. Did you stay home in 2006 because you wanted to teach the GOP a lesson?

So, you just give up and vote third party knowing quite well that a third party candidate has absolutely no chance of being elected.

THANKS A LOT /s>

I never stay home on election day and I think third party zealots are fools.

I was mocking those who think simultaneously that the vote is too sacred to cast on a mere mortal while also thinking their vote decides nothing.

I believe it was Stalin who pointed out that it mattered not who voted, only who counted the votes.

I don't blame you for thinking that...lol. Romney is marginally better than Obama in my humble opinion. After his win, he is going to do much to piss us off. That much is guaranteed, but even after knowing this, I still want Mr. Obama away from the White House. President Romney will add some class to the place. I hope they fumigant the place.

I hope all the Freepers who won’t vote for Romney will at least volunteer to be poll inspectors to keep an eye on the liberal cheaters.

It is the very least they can do.

Great Post ... but of course a caveat.

We must gin up turnout to unprecedented levels, but at the same time we must not accept the typical RINO hosshiite about "Turnout cancels fraud." It helps a lot, but it most certainly does not.

The GOP has been miserable on the fraud front. We can not let the Democrats steal the big states without a a really tough challenge to fraud in the urban areas... a teeth-in-the-street approach to combat this kind of fraud ...20 mobile 20-voter squads that will vote in up to 50 precincts ... that actually happened in a NY congressional election. It is an extreme but not uncommon example.

The MAYOR of Detroit admitted that there were at least 100,000 invalid registrants in that city alone. Baltimore? LOL, Philadeplphia? California with an estimated half-million , that's 500,000 possibly fraudulent registrations.

Since Eisenhower convinced Nixon to turn the other cheek, the Democrats have been emboldened to steal election after election. The GOP has usually caved because its power is concentrated in safe seats received in exchange for compliance with Democrat wishes on policy and a guaranteed share of the spoils. Bob Dornan, Rossi, Coleman ... ask them how hard the GOP fought for them in clearly stolen contests.

It's not too late for spinal growth.

The ancient Greeks had a word (naturally) for those who sat out elections:

IDIOTA

Do you remember Florida? That was close.

It was only close because a certain third party candidate siphoned tens of thousands of votes away from former president-elect Algore.

That’s right. A third party vote sends a message to the Democrats: “We surrender - YOU WON!”

Limbaugh's thesis was that if we turn out we can overcome vote fraud. That was vote fraud, and we almost lost it.

And Nixon? That was stolen too, and not without effect.

I think it was the “correction” that did it - I noticed the comments were to my post clarifying my post as “third party” came out “third part” in the first post.

In the context of my first post it should have been obvious I was mocking those who thought the vote was too sacred to cast for any man with any defect - or that voting for a third party ‘sends a message’ (a message that you threw your vote away) - while simultaneously opining that the vote doesn't matter anyway, if the vote determined anything they wouldn't let us do it, that the election is decided by Soros, Dibold, the Trilateral Commission or whatever.

If the vote wasn't important people running for office wouldn't be on an endless quest to raise money to spend on election commercials.

If billions of dollars are spent on it - the people spending the money know it is important.
