The UN treaty, CRPD being sent IIRC for a vote in the senate today would allow these same bureaucrats to dictate the ‘best care’ for disabled persons. Amazingly enough most disabled people think this is a good thing. They have no idea what’s coming down the pike...and won’t believe it when you tell them.
