I don’t think it’s a company policy. The owner of the company was asked his oppinion and he gave it. There are gays working there and if two of them wanted to get married, if they’re in a state that recognizes gay marriage, the company would not fire them.
What this crap is all about is not being able to have an oppinion. It’s the thought police in action. And remember, the tables could turn and you would be punished for your oppinion that you just posted.
I don't see anyone preventing him from having an opinion, or of expressing it. Are you suggesting I am not allowed to express a counter opinion?
As for my considering the welfare of the employees, that is the job of management - not mine.
