LONDON – A gay man carrying the Olympic torch today on the streets of London was cheered by spectators when he kissed his boyfriend during his stretch of carrying the device that will light the giant Olympic Flame tonight during the opening ceremony that will be telecast by NBC in the U.S. on a tape-delay basis.

Chris Basiurski, who chairs Gay Football Supporters Network in Great Britain, was one of thousands of Britons who were chosen to carry the Olympic torch over the past 70 days as part of the Olympic Torch relay that leads up to the lighting ceremony.

Basiurski told the spectators that he and his partner, James, would be getting married next year.

In this London Olympic case of Sodomite Kissing there were children watching and millions of parents now have to explain to their kids why the two men were kissing as if they were on a prom date.

Such Sodomite acts should not be allowed and can you imagine what would have happened if two Sodomites kissed during the Beijing Olympics in 2008?

I think this happened in the original Olympics as well - just before they were thrown to the lions.

Gay Football Supporters Network? That’s not redundant?

OK, so you want to add China to Iran and Saudi Arabia as countries we should be emulating in terms of their faith?

Again, I’ll pass, thank you very much.

Would rather live where gays can kiss openly than any of the 3 countries you seem to admire so much.

I did not say that China to Iran and Saudi Arabia, because they have not legitimate religions.

However, if England were a strong Christian the Kissing Sodomites would have been lead away in handcuffs.

Which sport starts each play with a man's hands next to another man's butt?

......Iran and Saudi Arabia are nations of faith that we here in the US should emulate?

No thanks.

I heartily agree.

Oppose gay marriage in a principled manner if you will, but promulgating hate is a no-win proposition that will undermine the cause and result in an unfortunate distraction from the far more critical issues of our time.

Well, the original Olympics featured teams of Spartan soldiers competing naked. And the Spartans had some interesting theories about how to encourage unit cohesion.

I would rather the USA not be that kind of place. There are plenty of other countries which share that point of view. I ask you: why does "progress" (as the sheeple are led to believe) always seem involve movement towards liberalism? I am not OK with incremental liberalism, I see it for what it is.

I can’t believe that this wasn’t an article about mass projectile vomiting by the spectators.
