I have a sincere question. When the 'Rats controlled the house, the Reps allowed them to make procedural corrections by unanimous consent. Now, the 'Rats won't return the favor. Here's the question: why do the Pubbies ever think that the Rats will be honorable about anything?

Somebody out to shoot this to Mittsters camapaign... He will say, "I favor repeal of burdensome government regulation and replacement with common-sense measures more favorable to small business."
In short, he'd say nothing.

If nothing else it is a strong indicator that the future for conservatives in Washington is great. They will provide the course for the country and lead a President

What Mike Kelly and the rest of us stand for doesn’t take a PhD in Rocket Science to understand. It’s common sense. The Left abandoned common sense long ago. All the American people need is to hear this kind of common sense from Kelly or Reagan or whoever, and the Right wins by a landslide, because freedom, limited government, and free enterprise favors everyone (except the bureaucrats).

Rep. Kellys Rousing Floor Speech Receives Standing Ovation and Chants of USA! http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=F1YQDjpuY_U
.
GREAT SPEECH! I think we just located who Mitt Romney should ask to be his VP....although I think Rep Kelly is needed more sorely in the House. In fact, maybe the best solution would be for Rep Kelly to oust Boner-Boehner and kick Boner's sorry, appeasing, ball-less ass to the side of the road, and get Rep Kelly in there instead.

http://www.cato-at-liberty.org/ranting-against-big-government-but-voting-for-it/
On six recent votes, Kelly voted for big government every time:
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Economic Development Administration.
He voted against an amendment that would have defunded the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Consortia program, a new corporate welfare program requested by the Obama administration.
He voted to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank.
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Essential Air Service subsidy program.
He voted against an amendment that would have shut down the Department of Energys Title 17 loan guarantee programthe program that gave birth to Solyndra.
He voted against an amendment that would have terminated the Community Development Block Grant program.
So much for voting to reduce the size and scope of government.

That list of votes almost make Rep. Mike Kelly seem like the sort of hypocritical politician who would borrow a flag to wave around in front of the cameras, after which he'd walk back to his office, close the door behind him, hook back up to a beltway IV drip and nod off to dreams of eighteen holes with Obama and Boehner.

On six recent votes, Kelly voted for big government every time: Then that is very sad indeed. I guess it goes to show that there are very, very few good politicians being elected to Congress (or state & local gubmints) any longer. It's amazing how Repubs & so-called conservatives seem to struggle so much to simply understand what are core conservative principles & values, and to vote accordingly. In all honesty, I must say, that if I were in Congress however with this opinion & views, I would likely be voting against nearly 100% of proposed bills, since nearly every bill promotes the expansion of the federal welfare socialist nanny state.
A rip roaring, massive, bloody American Revolution II is now long overdue.

I heard the speech . This is what it takes— not a bunch of compromising romneys. We must mutiny at the convention and not let this socialist steal our party. Many here have said this for a year and now the “pod” people are folding up . It is so sick to see the non principled run to the hills.
