8 Ways Blacks Perpetuate Racism and the Only Way to Thwart It
PJ Media ^ | July 17, 2012 | Walter Hudson

It shouldn’t matter that I, an author with the audacity to select such a title, am black. The arguments presented should stand or fall on their objective merit. Nevertheless, I declare my racial identity at the outset to defuse any prejudice readers may bring regarding the motivation behind this piece. Indeed, it is in part because I am black that the following must be said.

All things considered, blacks and the civil rights culture surrounding them are the most open and prolific purveyors of racism in America. This is an ironic travesty which spits upon the graves of history’s abolitionists and offends all who are committed to a dream of equality under the law and goodwill among men.

Surely, such a claim is provocative. Unfortunately, it is also demonstrable.

Once President Cloward-Piven can say "mission accomplished" about his plan to overwhelm the system, affirmative action will no longer exist.

Paybacks are a bitch, especially when they are so richly deserved.

If one decries the racism of blacks, even if black, the decryer ceases to be black.

I never knew Walter Hudson was black. I guess it didn’t matter. I could judge him by the content of his character. (Of course that is not permitted today.)

I’m reminded of the words of Terry Anderson, who died 2 years ago. He would say, ‘why do you white folks put up with these racebaiting lies?..’if you ain’t mad, you ain’t payin’ attention!’

Ironic but true. Black racism can only survive if society is strictly segregated. I was struck by the normal race relations shown in the immediate aftermath of the Colorado shooting. It was just a crowd of people having undergone a horrible experience together. I saw the same thing in the immediate wake of 9/11 - just a bunch of Americans who survived together.

Most blacks are racists. Case in point with King Obama 95 or so percent that elected him. Pure racists they way they voted.

"Pure racists they way they voted."

Oh booshwa.

How many blacks are EVER gonna vote for a Republican?

The Democrats woulda gotten nearly the same percentage if they had run an Apache, Mongol, or the Cardiff Man.

Blacks Perpetuate Racism ...

Thomas Sowell shared some thoughtful observations.

Racism is not dead, but it is on life support — kept alive by politicians, race hustlers, and people who get a sense of superiority by denouncing others as "racists."

My own observations agree. Learning that Booker T. Washington saw people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, coming long before they arrived is the major contributor to my observation.

Booker T. Washington, who rose from slavery to become the nation’s first widely recognized black leader, once warned against what he called "problem profiteers" among our nation’s black community. "There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs and the hardships of the Negro race before the public," observed Washington. "Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs."

I saw a connection with another Thomas Sowell observation.

“For more than two centuries, the U.S. military never had a public celebration of anybody's sex life — until the recent "gay pride" event under the Obama administration. Here, as elsewhere, the gay political agenda is not equality but privilege.”

I believe that the practice of picking away at a healing scab of slavery rather letting it heal is for the purpose of privilege, not equality.

Less than eighty years after the United States of America became a nation among nations America abolished slavery forever. That fact should be celebrated, not mocked.
