Very high probability that these are "Obama's sons", thus continuing the proof that the federal government has destroyed the moral fabric of black society with "welfare."

I would have no doubt about that. The east side of San Antonio has always been plagued by these types. Katrina refugees were housed on the east side of S.A., and many never went back.
