I like what Rush said to a caller a few days ago. You get credit for what you’ve done, you do not get credit for what other people do and you do not get compensated ofr it. It’s a simple formula.
“You get credit for what youve done...”
That right there is a matter of perception.. I know a bunch of “managers” that take credit for what their people do... But they enable the work.
How do you compensate for that ?
