After 12 the next one is free?
Treating life so insensitively could be a charge for them. Another blow to the mom - her baby doesn’t counted.
Miscarriage won't affect charges in Colo. shooting ... and why should it ... cause as we all know, this is nothing more than a worthless blob of tissue!
Figures..leftists dont consider a fetus human life anyway. My prayers go out to the Moser family, they have suffered unbelievable heartache
This is so wrong. God asks us to defend these precious innocents.
That victim is the one who already lost her 6-year-old daughter and has been fighting for her life.
Ironic that the only one with a right to life is the killer.
Or "punishment", as Barack might put it.
They can only hang him once.
What makes you think he’ll hang at all. He’ll end up in a psyche ward or something comfortable with free meals, free entertainment, free housing, free medical care and the rest until he dies of natural causes or he’s pardoned or “gotten off” by some liberal activist interest group. Oh, and he’ll probably get to vote too.
A few weeks ago a mother with a full term baby, within days/hours of natural delivery, was hit by a drunk driver. The baby died as a result of the accident, but because the baby possibly died in utero, the only charges are the injuries inflicted on the mother.
