Ted Cruz gave an amazing victory speech after winning tonight’s primary runoff and handily defeating David Dewhurst. It’s the full speech minus about 11 minutes of Cruz thanking everyone who contributed to tonight’s big win.

Yes, it’s a great speech but what I really want to hear is DewCrist’s concession speech. Now that’s going to be something. Oh and ask Ted if The RINO called to congratulate him and apologize for attacking him unfairly.

I was going to vote just before the polls closed but all of the exit polls were saying Cruz in a runaway so that I just stayed home and saved the time. :-)

This was a classic example of “negative ads don't always work”. Dewhurst was wall to wall lies about Cruz with very little positive about his own record. It seems the more he attacked Cruz, the higher Cruz went in the polls.
