Our Take: Renowned Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz called out Chicago and Boston city officials for recent discriminatory statements toward Chick-Fil-A.

Mayors who have told the owners of Chick-fil-A that the restaurant chain is not welcome in their cities are displaying terrible intolerance, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax.TV in an exclusive interview.

No city is free to discriminate against a company based on the views of its owners, the renowned criminal appeals attorney said.

If you dont like their principles, go to McDonalds, said Dershowitz.

I think it’s because all three of them can see the day when they are going to want to “marry” one of their boyfriends.

Intolerant is calling it mild.

As plain as the day is light, it’s fascism.

Schindler and his factory had to run and believe in the regimes politics of fascist nazism; Chick-fil-a, in the transformed society, has to run and believe in the regimes politics of fascist liberalism.

First, Alan is right. Second, he knows eventually they are coming for the Jews, as they always do.

The left is a force for evil and needs to be called out as such.

Dershewitz knows what can happen when you allow fascism to take root.

Der Chicago Fuhrer made a fool of himself.

The FAR LEFT is rarely on the correct side of the Constitution but in this case, have to congratulate Dershowitz. One of those rare events and should be welcomed and advertised!

Dershie is a very good lawyer and the people he’s describing are power drunk thugs.
Menino is an out and out dictator.

It is hard not to have deep sympathy for Dershowitz from time to time. You can clearly tell that he actually does have a clue as to how the world works and can see things very logically and intelligently and can understand why so many libertarian and conservative ideals, including tolerance of beliefs even when they hurt your sensitivities, are completely ideal to have. But has a sort of mental, social and perhaps spiritual block preventing him from truly embracing what he knows is right !

I love it. I hope the libs keep doing it all the way to November. Forcing the average citizen to get into sodomy. This will do wonders for the foreign national on election day.

No argument that it’s fascism.

What I’m more interested in is whether it’s illegal for a politician to threaten a private citizen/business owner.

Anyone know if Mark “F. Lee” Levin has weighed-in on this?
