To paraphrase a leading light of the progressive movement, Vante is a horrible company with horrible values in as much as one of their senior executives thinks its acceptable to harass a young woman whose only crime is her employer holds a different opinion than him.
Trying to defend homosexuality as “normal” will crack your mind, for sure.
This is guy is toast, and that’s totally appropriate. He should be fired for embarrassing his company. But if some enterprising young Freeper could find this young lady in Tucson, I for one would donate to her favorite cause. (Hopefully she’s in school, or needs formula for the new baby, or maybe just needs to jet off to France and get away from it all.)

I think someone found out his info. The video is a re-upload from the original video. Either way I hope the number is accurate so people can spread the same love and respect he showed that employee. The guy is a A+ douchebag.

He is undoubtedly suffering from stress: 4 sons, and another posting indicated his residence and investment property are in foreclosure.
The company he works for apparently has annual sales of $10-$15 million, so he can't be making that much.
From what I saw of the video, he's got some anger issues that must be dealt with.
I have empathy for his children, but not much more than that.
