If the protesters obey the law — if they do not obstruct customers’ access to / from the restaurant, particularly (for my fear is that the protesters will go inside, sit down, and not buy anything and/or just stay seated for hours and hours) — then, hey, that’s America. Protest away!
If they break the law, though, call the cops and book ‘em.
As to the gratuitous PDA, I’m quite sure that CFA and most any other restaurant would toss even a paying customer for vigorous, extended make-out sessions on site.
Well, of course, what they want is to get kicked out. That way they can cry "discrimination!" You can bet they've already got places & times all worked out for the media that will just "happen" to be there.
CFA is a private business and has the Right to their own Rules. They need to post a sign on their front door-that no intimate sexual behavior allowed on their premises and they will be physically removed if they dont honor the Rules of the establishment-keep love (or lust) for the privacy that true love and respect demand.
A peck on the cheek or holding hands is not offensive-groping in public, as well as sexually charged kisses are a sign of decadence and disrespect for others. It is rude and destroys the ambience for others. No one has the Right to destroy a private business which whatever behavior they want..... These creepy, immoral people need to go back into the closet.
As long as they are held to the same standards set for pro-life protesters, everything is great.
photograph and ID the homosexuals who participate.
Put their pictures up on a site akin to a “john’s site” where they can be publicly outed.
This way if any are working in any capacity for the media, they can be exposed as a reason for the pro-homo-bias.
