[OFFICIAL CHARGES OF DISCRIMINATION FILED BY GAY RIGHTS REPRESENTATION AGAINST CHICK FIL A - IL]
The Civil Rights Agenda, a local LGBT rights advocacy group, filed multiple complaints with the Illinois Department of Human Rights Thursday, alleging that the Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A restaurant chain’s “intolerant corporate culture” violates Illinois law and a provision in the state’s Human Rights Act.
“In our current high speed media and social media environment, Chick-fil-A has announced and caused to be published, to hundreds of millions of people, that LGBT people are unacceptable and objectionable,” said Jacob Meister, Governing Board President of TCRA and the attorney who filed the complaint. “They have made it clear the lives of LGBT individuals are unacceptable to them and that same-gender families are unwelcome at Chick-fil-A.”

OMG what next? The man was saying his beliefs, nowhere on their website does it say gays aren’t equal to the rest of us or that they won’t be served with the same great service as anyone else. So where is the discrimination?
I hope this is thrown out with a judgement against the organization filing the complaint to pay CFA’s legal fees!
This lawsuit reminds us what we are fighting for - free speech but even more importantly, freedom to be left alone by minority groups AND the government to exercise our God given rights to freedom of religion and to express that religion in a peaceable manner.

Oh come on now! Chick-Fil-A probably has plenty of servers who are gay/lesbian and there are probably untold numbers of gays/lesbians who eat there on a regular basis. Hardly discrimination there. Did you see that Wendy’s is supporting Chick-Fil-A on gay marriage! I will eat more frequently at those establishments from now on.

NOT every state has same sex marriage laws. It is perfectly legal to speak out in support of traditional marriage laws.
In Colorado, where there is no legal same sex marriage, they tried to claim discrimination in being denies a same sex wedding cake. The state there can no more enforce upon a business an artificial constract that the state itself does not recognize.
I hope their pockets are as deep as (some of) their throats, cause they’re going DOWN.

Charge the Gaystapo Lobby with Rackeetering for interfering with their legally operated business. There was at least one bomb threat called into a CFA and plans to attempt tomorrow to blockade the parking lots/drive thrus to restrict their business.

I have no grudge with homos,nor with people that do it with sheep, I just don’t want people who do it with sheep pressuring me to acknowledge equal rights with heterosexuals.

This is more lawfare from the left. Inventive conservative legal organizations need to figure out to counter with their own lawfare to make the price too high for this form of free speech and religious harasssment to continue.

Absolute lies, CFA NEVER said gays were not welcome, could not work or eat at their restaurants. The CEO merely exercised his 1st amendment right and expressed his opinion on same sex marriage. The right of free speech is loudly proclaimed as long as you don’t disagree with any leftist libtard agenda.
I was willing to take the high road on Friday, and I still may. But my patience is wearing thin. I still don't think this fight should be at a CFA location, but there should be a fight, and I think its high time we took it to them.
What this means is they are going after Chick-fil-A’s pocket book/bank account to punish them all possible for going against their will, and that means WE have to step up to the plate (pun intended) in support of Chick-fil-A all the more.
I’ll be adding a stop at Chick-fil-A to my usual shopping stops every Thursday in Moreno Valley.
