If they know enough about you to know your relationship status , let alone criminal record and immigration status then all they should have left to do is put you on a truck back to wherever it is your from after a prison sentence.

Simply dropping the case at that point is indeed a Gigantic wast of resources!

Hmmmmm I wonder why..... Could it be that a certain jug eared jackass is feeling a little lonely without his buddy Reggie?

Maybe we should generate a new form of ID for this new group of immigrants, to protect them from discrimination, ya know.

Only legal immigrants rate green cards, so how about brown?

Sounds like the Obama regime is going to start raising fags in our country. A normal person in "love" with a U.S. could still be deported but the queers get to stay. That's freaky weird.

Barry and the 'RATS are desperate. It's got to be tough when your entire voter base is made up of freeloading communists, sexual deviants, braindead Hollywood celebrities and illegal aliens.

Should have less than no impact in determining deportation or not.

I believe Obama is a homo and he is doing all the gay stuff out of self interest.

entitlement and preferential treatment

So someone legally immigrates to the United States, first on a work visa, then applying for permanent status and on to the goal of citizenship and along the way legally marries someone of the same sex in a state offering homosexual marriage and you wish to see that person deported while heterosexual mail order brides are rubber-stamped. Is that it?

Please explain the preferential treatment and entitlement as you see them?

Among the immigrants I'm acquainted with, I happen to know a legally "married" homosexual couple living in the DC metro area where one party has been on the arduous legal immigration path for many years now and the other party is a native born U.S. citizen.

I see a lot of problems with our immigration system, that particular law abiding couple does not represent one of them.

sickening how big the pro-sodomite lobby has become. Loads of normal people with children and two parent families have signed onto this gay marriage garbage. As though 5000+ years of Judeo- Christian religions and civilization are irrelevant

More special considerations for homosexuals that people doing what they are supposed to do not get!

Unmarried homosexual couples get the same consideration as married heterosexual couples.
