Tuesday is going to be a big day with two important primaries. There are two important primaries this coming Tuesday that involve two candidates that the Tea Party Express has endorsed and we are currently campaigning for. The first is the U.S. Senate race in Missouri with conservative Sarah Steelman that we have been telling you about..The second race is just as important and is the Senate race in Michigan were we have endorsed conservative Clark Durant as we believe he is the best candidate to defeat Democrat Debbie Stabenow...We are proud to support Clark Durant because he represents the best of what the tea party movement stands for. Not only is he committed to reducing the size, cost and intrusiveness of the federal government, but he also supports the pro-growth policies that will restore American prosperity..Defeating Michigan Democrat Senator Debbie Stabenow is key to our goal of taking control of the Senate - our only hope at repealing Obamacare. Please help us elect Clark Durant so he can take on and take out Stabenow!...U.S. Senate candidate Clark Durant addresses the Tea Party crowd at our endorsement press conference as as our Chief Strategist Sal Russo looks on.With only 3 days until this important election for the Tea Party, the race is going to be a very close one. That is why the Tea Party Express is campaigning in Michigan doing all that we can to make sure that Durant is victorious on Tuesday..In 2010, we took a stand with conservatives across the country and WON! Three months ago in Indiana, we took a stand in Richard Mourdock and WON! Two months ago in Wisconsin, we took a stand with Governor Walker and WON! Last week in Texas, we took a stand in Ted Cruz and WON! Now, with the wind at our back, its time to take a stand in Michigan!
Her approval is 49% ish last time I looked, not the magic 50% heck it maybe even be lower.
If Michigan swings towards change like it did in 2010 ( it was a bloodbath for Dem's @ the State Level) She is deep doo doo...
I got to see her 2 winters in a row, at a kick off a Christmas Event, Outdoors in Detroit and she was getting boo's and no I didn't, I was just trying to keep warm. Again in "Detwaa", she was getting bood....
Again, my gut tells me she is beatable....
IMO Tea Partiers should have concentrated on helping their people win House primaries this election instead.
We only needed 40 or less more to control the House and block the passage of legislation by Dem/RINO majorities.
But good luck with the path chosen. I hope it works out.
Be of good cheer my friend, repubs will hold the house where only a simple majority is needed. We need the senate and we need the magic 60 so that the communist in the White House will be completely powerless.
Press on.....to the fight.....!
That’s encouraging, lets hope so!
We always need to fight hard though, what with voter fraud, which is condoned by the White House, and not fought against by the GOP-e.
Why not go for BOTH Senate and House? No need to concede either to the Dems. And if interest in conservatives is generated by a Senate primary, then that would likely carry over to the conservative House candidate in the same election.
There are other tea party groups out there, maybe some of them can get out there working to get more conservative house members.
The TPX operates on a limited budget dependent only on contributions from interested parties.
Individuals of course can do a lot to get Conservative Tea Party type candidates elected, so consider doing some of it yourselves if you aren't already.
Thanks for posting, Syncro. T.E.A.
Isn’t she about term-limited out by now? It seem like for ever since she beat Spence Abraham.
Here's more about Steelman:
Calling on all Tea Party members to put Sarah Steelman over the top - together we can do it again!.With only 2 days until the next important election for the Tea Party, the race is going to be a very close one. That is why Gov. Sarah Palin and the Tea Party Express are in Missouri doing all that we can to make sure that Steelman is victorious on Tuesday...U.S. Senate candidate Sarah Steelman speaking to a Tea Party crowd in front of our bus.According to the most recent polling conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling, Tea Party Express endorsed conservative Sarah Steelman is 6 points down but we have momentum, Sarah Palin, and you on our side. Together we can do this and score another win for the Tea Party and conservative movement!..Gov. Palin and Sarah Steelman serving a young supporter BBQ at their picnic - I doubt you would see liberal incumbent Claire McCaskill doing that. With just 2 days until the election, we focusing our resources on helping conservative Sarah Steelman make up the 6 point polling deficit succeed this Tuesday - victory is within reach!.But, we can't do this without your generous support...Our goal is to raise enough money so that we can continue to air our "Tea Party Supports Sarah Steelman" TV ad through election day...Steelman is the best candidate to dethrone ultra liberal Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill which is key to taking control of the Senate. Much like one of her endorsers, Sarah Palin, she has the traits of fiscal conservatism, high moral character, and strong leadership..With the election this coming Tuesday, we look forward to, once again, joining Gov. Palin and fighting alongside her in the political trenches in Missouri. With polls showing the race is too close to call, we hope that we can provide the momentum that the Steelman campaign needs to put them over the top. With all of the political world's focus on the Senate election in Texas, which resulted in Tea Party candidate Ted Cruz's victory, the Missouri race has been over-shadowed. We are sounding the alarm that the election is this Tuesday - 2 DAYS FROM NOW!In some respects, the Missouri U.S. Senate race is even more important as we have a shot to take out an ultra-liberal incumbent in Claire McCaskill and take control of the Senate. While most of our staff and resources were focused on Texas, we have been concurrently running TV ads statewide in Missouri for conservative Sarah Steelman over the past week..
We need to send representatives to Washington D.C. that recognize that our federal government has a spending problem and that take their job duties seriously. Sarah Steelman is just that person and we need your support to help her defeat out of touch Sen. McCaskill. Please make a contribution today....Tea Party Express Endorsed Missouri Senate Candidate Sarah Steelman>Liberal Sen. McCaskill is vulnerable as Americans are fed up with her strong support of Pres. Obama's efforts to grow the size and control of the Federal Government in Washington. McCaskill can not run on her record, but her large fundraising war-chest will go a long way in attacking and maligning her conservative opponent - former Missouri State Treasurer Sarah Steelman.
Sarah is the perfect candidate to replace Sen. Claire McCaskill, one of Washingtons most liberal senators and we need your support to make sure that she represents the Tea Party in Washington D.C..Obama ally and liberal Democratic Sen. McCaskill has got to go!.One of Tea Party Express top priorities in 2012 is to elect a conservative majority to the U.S. Senate, and we are confident that Sarah Steelman is the candidate in Missouri best suited for the job..Please help Sarah Steelman match the war-chest of McCaskill by making a donation to our campaign to take back the Senate - Donate HereSteelmans unabashed economic conservative record combined with the experience of running statewide races has prepared her to take on Senator McCaskill in what will be a tough race. We must defeat McCaskill in November, and we are ready to fight alongside Sarah in the coming months. Her early and strong support four years ago for Barack Obama revealed her true liberal inclinations to grow the government in Washington..Americans are demanding real solutions to the fiscal woes facing our nation. Sarah Steelmans understanding of the economy and experience managing Missouris $19 billion annual revenue and over $3 billion in investments in the states portfolio have prepared her to tackle the issues McCaskill has failed to address during her past 5 years in Washington.
