Senior Palestinian Official Blasts Israel's War Rhetoric against Iran, Syria

Palestinian Chief Negotiator Saeb Erekat deplored Israel's threats against Iran and Syria, but meantime reiterated that an Israeli aggression against either country would be unlikely.

"I believe that all these remarks are empty threats and I don't think that (military action) is going to happen," Erekat said, answering to a question about Tel Aviv's continued war rhetoric against Iran and Syria.

He said that the West is seeking to spark and spread Iranophobia in the region in a bid to stop its influence.

"The region does not need a war or beating the drums of war. The region needs peace," Erekat was quoted by the Palestinian news agency, Samanews, as saying.

His remarks came after US Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney held top-level talks in Israel over Iran's nuclear program.

"We should employ any and all measures to dissuade the Iranian regime from its nuclear course," Romney told the Zionist officials.

Israel, which is widely believed to have the Middle East's only, albeit undeclared, nuclear arsenal, has warned that a military option cannot be ruled out against Iranian nuclear program.

Iran vehemently denies the charges, insisting that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes only. Tehran stresses that the country has always pursued a civilian path to provide power to the growing number of Iranian population, whose fossil fuel would eventually run dry.

Iran has warned that it would target Israel and its worldwide interests in case it comes under attack by the Tel Aviv.

If the US and UN stopped sending hundreds of millions of $ per year, the Palestinian pederasts would fold in a few months. End of pali problem. QED.

“The region needs peace,” Erekat was quoted by the Palestinian news agency, Samanews, as saying.

Oh, it’s coming. Just not what you expected.

Antichrist will confirm a seven-year false peace with Israel which divides the land of Israel

Anybody else remember that the palis were actually rooting for Iraq during the first gulf war? And they cheered when Iraq began firing scuds into Israel. Then they called for Saddam to use chemical weapons against Israel, so Israel began issuing gas masks to her citizens... And those same palis started screaming like stuck pigs because Israel wasn't giving THEM any gas masks!
