I wonder if she aksed for this money before or after she filed copyright privileges for her son’s name.

I also wonder if every parent of a person who bashes a person’s head until it is bloody and breaks their nose and then is shot dead is going to be entitled to some cash.

That’s disgusting. What’s worse is she’ll probably get it.

State victims funds usually wait to establish whether a crime was committed (not just alleged or charged).

Also the alleged victim has to be shown to not have contributed to his injuries.

This claim is premature and probably frivolous.

As for "counseling",she can get that from her personal injury lawyer. And as for crime *victims*,the evidence currently at hand suggests that he was more likely the *perpetrator* of a crime than the *victim* of one.

This was never about ‘justice for Trayvon’ - it was always about the money. If it was about justice, she never would have hired that race-hustling attorney she hired.

The reality is her kid was headed for an early, probably gang-related death. She’s just turned it into a race-based media circus so she can cash in.

No sympathy for her. Sorry.

Can’t she just put her son’s Nobel Peace prize on eBay?

What about those many patents Dr. Trayvon earned - certainly there must be royalties?

Or maybe the reality is that the shakedown from Jesse and Al only lined the pockets of... Jesse and Al?

This claim is premature and probably frivolous.

And this sick mother of a hard core criminal that attacked Zimmerman will probably get it.

Perhaps if they had saved some of the cash they used to take their European trip a few weeks back they would be in better financial shape now.

Just sayin’

In a March 29 letter, a claims analyst with the Attorney General's Office notified Fulton that she had been deemed eligible for the compensation benefits. However, no check had been issued to Martin's parents as of early August.

This letter is dated March 29. Hopefully the AG's office by now has all the discovery in the case showing TM as the head banging MMA marijuana-smoking assailant that he was along with the pictures and medical reports of the injuries that his fists caused that night.

If not then perhaps the people of Florida whose taxes fund this will send it to them, and remind the AG that the fund is for "innocent victims of crime" not the perpetrators of assaults. Ignorance of the facts of this case is no excuse -- especially for head in the sand AG Pam Bondi.

Wasn’t Zimmerman a victim of a felonius assault?

How about we wait and let the courts decide if he was a victim or a criminal!

Pam Bondi is the one who pushed getting a special prosecutor...and is also friends with Sybrina Fulton’s attorneys Ben Crump and Darryl Parks

Pam Bondi is part of the lynch mob...she is going to make sure TrayMom gets her money

It would be consistent with Zimmerman’s self-defense position, for him to request victim-assistance aid.
