They have money to burn. The EPA knows it can't touch lead ammo, but the Center for Biological Diversity now is dragging the Trumpeter Swan Society along with golden and bald eagles into their lawsuits.

If this follows the usual pattern in “sweetheart lawsuits” between environmental law firms and complicit Federal agencies, the judge will deny standing to the NRA in the suit.
