A Mitt Romney spokesperson offered an unusual counterattack Tuesday to an ad in which a laid-off steelworker blames the presumptive GOP nominee for his family losing health care: If that family had lived in Massachusetts, it would have been covered by the former governor’s universal health care law.
“To that point, if people had been in Massachusetts, under Governor Romney’s health care plan, they would have had health care,” Andrea Saul, Romney’s campaign press secretary, said during an appearance on Fox News. “There are a lot of people losing their jobs and losing their health care in President [Barack] Obama’s economy.”

I’m afraid of it (though Joe’s no charmer. Unless you’re into slapstick) I swear I keep biting my lip & repeating ‘ Do no harm’ over & over- & I’ll be d*mned if he- or one of his elves, doesn’t pull something every few days. Like I’ve been saying all along. Romney doesn’t have any problem with Obama’s socialism. He just thinks he can do socialism better.

What, of any of this, did Romney not support at one time or another, depending circumstances.
Romney is a self proclaimed progressive. ( “I am a PROGRESSIVE on the issues”. ) There is not a conservative bone in his composition and even the fiscal proclivities are hardly proven.
What I am witnessing is not real.

I have seen enough of the detailed, in depth explanations and defenses of Romney from his supporters, that I can roughly quote them, they go something like this, “yeah, but he isn’t a Muslim”.
Yeah, Romney was the wrong guy to nominate for an election cycle in which nationalized medicine is a major issue.
I have no need for rectal reconstruction, my healthcare needs are nothing like what these folks ‘need’.

I’ve had to keep my mouth shut this entire campaign season for that very reason. Call out Romney’s BS and the fact that his history in elected office is damn near as left as Obama and you get tarred and feathered. I will not vote for this guy. He is going to lose anyway and I will have a clean conscience knowing I didn’t support a pro-abortion, gun-grabbing liberal. I don’t care what he says, I researched how he governed.

Let’s gear up for more house and senate seats in 2014 and get a real conservative on board in 2016. You watch, the second Romney loses and is done with his political life, his real views will start to trickle out in the press.
Romney has run a God awful campaign so far. It is like nobody seems to know what they are doing. The election is what-—90 days away? The polls have been the same for 8 months. He should be up by 7-8 points yet he is down by 3-4. There has been no change in the numbers, What the hell is going on?
