Report: Rep. Steve King mulling bill to repeal everything Obama has signed
The Hill ^ | 8/8/12 | Pete Kasperowicz

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa), an outspoken critic of just about everything President Obama supports, is considering introducing a bill that would repeal everything Obama has signed into law.

King put forward this suggestion to an Iowa audience on Tuesday, when he also reiterated his threat to sue the Obama administration for its June decision not to deport younger illegal immigrants. Under that policy change, illegal immigrants who are in school or have served in the military would get a two-year deferral from deportation.

Hey, Steve, how’s about you “mull” a bill to overturn Medicare Part D, for which you provided the deciding vote?

Seems reasonable, doesn’t it?

Makes sense. The man should never have been sworn into office.

Every bill he signed is of questionable legal authority because of that. And now he ups the ante and asserts far more power then the Constitution affords a legally qualified President?

Breathtaking. A truly audacious criminal.

But that's what most of the Kings of old were. Which is why we rebelled against them and instituted a government where even the President is bound by the laws.

Or so we thought.

Hopefully, King’s bill will get some place and every bill that Obama has signed will be repealed, including all the spending bills that included Rep. King’s and every other member of Congress salaries.

Since he is not legitimate, it stand to reason that everything he has done is illegitimate.

All they need do is conduct an investigation on Obama and determine that he never was qualified to be president. This would automatically accomplish the sought after result. All his ultra vires acts as president would be a nullity and of no force and effect.

Stop threatening and start suing.
