I would suggest disqualifying voters who have a history of mental illness, felony conviction, substance abuse, or who have been incapable of supporting themselves and their families. Of course, such ideas garner little support, even here on Free Republic.You're wrong.
It's just that most don't feel adequately equipped to argue their position.
On the bright side, there are at least two of us!

I have studied my position for some time and have come to the conclusion that the government should pay for contraception. Every democrat female upon reaching the age of 18 should be provided with free sterilization. Republican women may option out.
