Obama campaign caught in lie over Joe Soptic, possible violation of law
The Examiner ^ | 8/10/2012 | Joe Newby

The Obama campaign has been caught in a lie over Joe Soptic, the man in the now infamous "Romney killed my wife" ad put out by Priorities USA.

After the real timeline of events caused scrutiny of the PAC, the Obama re-election team claimed to have had no knowledge of Soptic's story.

Deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter told CNN she didn't know the facts behind Soptic's story.

“I don’t know the facts about when Mr. Soptic’s wife got sick or the facts about his health insurance,” she said.

Robert Gibbs echoed that sentiment when he told reporters on Air Force One that “we don’t have any knowledge of the story of the family.”

But an article posted Thursday at policymic.com says that Soptic was on a conference call with Cutter on May 4, 2012. ,,,,,

Cutter was originally scheduled to appear on ABC's "This Week," but Dana Loesch wrote that David Axelrod will go in her place "as it's likely Cutter would face too many question regarding her dishonesty on Soptic and the campaign's suspected coordination with Priorities USA, which seems ripe for an FEC investigation."

I’m sure the attorney general will be all over this one. While he’s at it he can investigate the Black Panthers and their voter intimidation.

Maybe this will infect the whole campaign and they’ll all die of Soptic shock?...

NOOOOOO. A lie? I’m amazed. Tell me one thing they haven’t lied about. And people want this for a President? Regardless of whether you want Romney, one thing is for sure. Obama has to go. This is the only way we are going to save this country. If he’s re-elected, we are done.

"Sherlock" Holder is on the case.
If there was only a clue to be found somewhere.
Just one, single clue.....

Laws???

You silly conservative, insignificant things like LAWS no longer apply to the Queer Media Messiah. Just ask anyone at NBC/MSNBC/CBS/ABC/Pacifica/NPR/CNN/E!/WashPost/NYTimes about this??

Obama is above silly things like LAWS now. They only apply to sheep like us.

No one is gonna do a thing about this. Democrats are nothing but lowlifes. Problem is conservatives try to argue facts gracefully as if they are dealing with rational people. In fact, liberals are lying thieves and most voters are dumb as a box of rocks. Try to explain concepts like corporate governance, tax laws, venture capital, collateralized mortgage obligations and see the blank stares.
We need adults in washington something bad but the place is nothing but over privileged school children.

They’re liberals: your little laws don’t apply to them.

Now go pay your taxes, your government is broke. :)

After all May 2012 is a very long time to remember an event. Just ask THE FOREIGNER, WITHHOLDER, AND BIG LESBO I mean SIS.
They can’t remember anything either.

Even lib Mika on The Morning Joe was critical of Obama campaign for this and would NOT try to defend them this morning. This rat smells too bad.

“In possible violation of the law” are the right words to use to keep this story going.

Too bad the Romney's campaign's response to this weakness+smear was “He would of lived if he had Romney-care” sending Coulter into a tizzy.

Cutter’s been pulled out of the Sunday talk shows. No excuse given as of yet. Will they allow her time to rehabilitate or will she be thrown under the bus?

I pick the latter because what good is a campaign manager that has to hide?

Axelrod’s going on TV——oh, joy.

I just love it when Axelrod goes before the cameras——faking that wide-eyed puppy dog expression of his——trying so hard to look “harmless.”

Man, he’s good-—I almost want to give him a dog biscuit.

Axelrod is like a reverse Clark Kent, the guy who morphs into Superman.

Axelrod is a driven, demonic, power-mad Obama fixer who goes into the nearest telephone booth before a tv appearance to put on his disguise.

He comes out as a mild-mannered spokesman, anxious to show America he wouldnt hurt a fly.

ROTFL.

He would of lived if he had Romney-care

It was his wife Mitt. And RomneyCare is as evil as Obamacare.

Our nation was not intended to develop massive government social programs. End of discussion!

Government was supposed to stay small and manageable, and you folks never seem to get that. No matter how massive it gets or what new idea for giveaways comes down the pike, you folks snap at it like it was the magic new lure in the fisherman's arsenal.

Knock it off!

Stephanie Cutter, the hapless campaign manager who can't control her adolescent emotions, becomes Stephanie GUTTER.

Next, Bill Burton the nit-wit affirmative action set-aside, who was the leader of the super-PAC that put out the ad, is hereby renamed Bill BURDEN.
