Smart strategy. The Ryan pick will make the press attack Romney over fiscal policy and cause the voters to focus on the number one issue. No matter what they use to attack they keep Obama’s weakest track record in the news. Also, Romney can triangulate and say he is using Ryan’s smarts and his liberal leanings.
The media will not likely Ryan/Romney over fiscal matters. They will attack Ryan over fabricated misdeeds from his imagined past. There will be no refutations in the MSM, just shock and handwringing that the Republicans could choose two felons. Good point. Ryan will focus the campaign and the MSM on 0boober's 4 years of failure on reigning in the deficit, no budget and runaway spending. Hopefully Mittens doesn't do to Ryan what McLame did to Palin anytime she got a good point in ..... Oh no my friends, you have nothing to fear from an 0bama presidency.
