Mitt Romney Is More Popular Than Obama With Homeowners and Realtors (It's not even close!)

Results for a survey conducted by real estate website HomeGain showed that home owners, realtors, and people in the real estate business prefer Mitt Romney over Barack Obama as the President of the United States.

Real estate industry insiders preferred Romney over Obama by a 57 percent to 31 percent margin (the other 12 percent went to Ron Paul), while homeowners picked Romney over Obama by a 43 percent over 41 percent margin.

That's the result for a three man race, when Paul is removed, just about all his votes went to Romney, further putting him over the current President.

Given that more than 60 percent of Americans are homeowners, the survey results might give some insight into what Obama faces in the general election.

Obama's approval rate among homeowners have been falling over the years. Real estate professionals are not confident in his ability to fix the real estate market, according to various reports over the years. In states such as Arizona and Texas, Obama faces an 80 percent disapproval.

Obama will get credit or blame for how [the housing market] is going, says Louis Cammarosano, general manager at HomeGain. "Right now, the President is getting blamed for the bad real estate market."

According to the poll, 42 percent of real estate professionals and 37 percent of homeowners think that home values will drop under the current President and his structure.

Obama's side will surely find ways to cater to the homeowners vote in these next few crucial weeks.

What? Send them all ten grand in Obamabucks? Buy a backyard pool for everybody? Have Michelle send Black Panthers, SEIU and ACORN thugs over to re-decorate their home?

Nah. Relieve them of their property so they don’t have to worry about it anymore.

If Romney was an actual conservative, then this poll would make more sense. Both, Romney and Obama are leftists, and the U.S. will be in trouble for years to come, unless the next Congress is, truly, dominated by ultraconservatives with political backbones and with political clout!

If Joseph Stalin and Hubert Humphrey each had the Democratic and Republican nominations, respectively, you could say the same thing, but would you think that Uncle Joe was exactly the same as the Hump?

Conservatives “giving in” to Mitt Romney’s ongoing pretend conservatism disturbs me a lot! A “President Romney” will throw away his campaign conservatism and replace it with leftist politics, on way too many issues! Mitt doesn’t really represent any kind of small government conservatism at all, and yet, way too many conservatives continue to deny the truth about Mitt and his ongoing leftist politics, simply because Barack Obama is so much worse than Romney! Now is the time for an actual small government conservative to become the next POTUS, instead of somebody pretending to be a conservative! The U.S. is in deep trouble, no matter who wins the race for ‘12 POTUS, and this will be the case for years to come! Frustrating!

Choices are not an option this time. They will be even less of an option in 4 years regardless of who wins, the RINO or the anti-American leftist. There will be subtle difference, in the case of the RINO winning we will have a dominant RINO party and a smaller leftist party. If the leftist wins, we will have a dominant leftist party cemented in power with entitlements and outright fraud. Neither option is very palatable or easy to fix.

My own bottom line for this election is the economy and that means the RINO will have to be put in power because he will at least not actively try to kill the economy.

Would you rather KEEP a POTUS who pretends to be an American?

“... when Paul is removed, just about all his votes went to Romney.”

And when Paul is introduced into the equation, Romney is hurt, NOT Obama.

Thanks a lot, PaulBots.

(Obama to his campaign)
"Okay people. Romney may have the Homeowner Vote locked up. But I have the Section Eight Vote Locked up! Plus the Food Stamp and Welfare Vote is all mine. All Romney may have are those STOO-PID taxpayers who don't own homes!"

"By the way David find me another way to screw over those %#&@ 'middle-class' voters some more. Leak it that the IRS is 'reviewing' most long form 1040's from 2011 due to our 'budget crisis'. Then naturally we'll deny any knowledge in public. After a day or so we can blame republicans for dirty politics! That will get the greedy SOB's heads spinning! "

Oh Barry, I love you oh-so much. (sigh....)

Real estate professionals are not confident in his ability to fix the reinflate the housing bubble to insane proportions real estate market

There, fixed it for ya.

Support from used-house salesmen does not inspire me to vote for Romney.

Will homeowners and Realtors support Mr. Romneys proposals to eliminate mortgage interest deductions and get rid of other tax ‘breaks’?
‘These tax breaks include popular ones such as the mortgage interest deduction, the break for employer-provided health insurance, and credits for low- and middle-income families.’

As I understand it, the tax plan from Mr. Romney involves a cut in tax rates, at some time in the future,as the bait to take away deductions, give backs and give aways immediately.
Mr. Reagan and the Democrats tried a similar tactic and Mr. Reagan got screwed. Mr. Reagan, however, learned from the experience and continued to press for his principles.

Who is the MIRACLE CANDIDATE of yours that is going to beat both the Republican and Democratic candidates and sweep into the White House? Please, name him or her, so that we may evaluate them and their stands on the issues.
