keeping in mind the SCOTUS recently ruled that the executive branch could ignore federal law.
And see the SCOTUS ruling on the so-called `Affordable Care Act’ and Kelo.

The only reason it narrowly ruled for Heller in his suit against DC is that five of them knew that if they didn’t, we would be in DC and they would ... not.
And as far as a lot of Americans are concerned, that possibility is still on the table. We’ll see how it goes.
