Wasserman Schultz Faces Rematch Election After GOP Primary

For the second straight election, Democratic National Committee chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz will face a challenge from Republican Karen Harrington.

She immediately called for Wasserman Schultz to face her in debates, saying the incumbent “needs to stand by her policies ane her positions,” reported the Sun Sentinel.

Heard the GOP canidiate who is vying for Wassersman’s seat on the Mark Levin Show last night.
Schultz is a leftist kook, so she must be in a very heavily democrat district.
Is there any potential to unseat her?
Florida should hang in its head in shame for allowing this carpetbagger anywhere near public office. Did they not hear her TAWKIN’ accent before electing her?

Harrington has said that the Congressional district has recently had its lines redrawn resulting in a net plus of some 20,000 Republican voters.
Wouldn't it be sweet to see DWS, the DNC chair, swept out of office with Obama?
She is in a VERY heavy lefty area (my new hometown) and there are so many leftists down here that I don’t have much hope.
However, the price in gas and food is giving the heavy senior (most from New York/Jersey area) population fits and may just sway the automatic Democrat vote.

Lived there for 40 years and can feel your frustrations! I was down there last weekend and must say, those folks are clueless. Hate to say it, but they are more interested in the Dolphins, the Marlins and the Olympics(when they were on). Politics plays a distant last place for them. Stupid People! I love football too..But!
Karen Harrington is a nice lady with a great resturant(Rickey’s Bar-Winghouse) who with her family has run a great establisment for many years. Always donating to causes AND is loved by the Hollywood Police Force and many others.
I wish her well.
Perhaps a quarter of those new voters will vote and some 80% of those will vote for the GOP candidate. Are 4000 votes enough to swing that election?

Ask them why they moved and apart from the weather you’ll hear about house prices, taxes, corrupt local government etc.
But hang on - weren’t the new arrivals the ones voting in politicians and laws all those years?
