Saudi Cleric Questions Holocaust
The Washington Free Beacon ^ | August 16, 2012 | Adam Kredo

A prominent Saudi Arabian religious cleric declared that the Holocaust is an “exaggeration” and that Jewish people consume the blood of children during a wide-ranging interview with an Arabic television station.

Saudi cleric Salman Al-Odeh, a well-known scholar revered by millions globally, went on a lengthy tirade against the Jews during an interview Monday in which he stated that “the role of the Jews is to wreak destruction, to wage war, and to practice deception and extortion,” according to a translation of his remarks by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI).

Al-Odeh ranted about the use of human blood in Jewish religious rituals, a notorious anti-Semitic smear commonly referred to as a “blood libel.”

Another fine example of the teachings of the Religion of Peace from a MEMRI video. Of course, this can't be racist. Because Islam is misunderstood.

Has it occurred to you that he may get his info from Huma who, in turn, got it from Hillary?

I wonder what other state secrets Hillary is publishing while our congresscritters look on silently.

“Jewish people consume the blood of children”

Ah. Always a classic. Obama must be saying something similar in that video that the Los Angeles Times refuses to release for 4 years. And Breitbart is offering $50,000 is it, for a copy?

Maybe Obama talks of jihad to wipe Israel off the map.

Whatever it is, they’re sure skeered ...

This guy would be shocked to learn that Catholics can eat and drink the body and blood of Jesus at every Mass throughout the world.

“the role of the Jews is to wreak destruction, to wage war, and to practice deception and extortion,”

"and when they won't play their role, we bomb them, lie to them, and steal from them."

“the role of the Jews is to wreak destruction, to wage war, and to practice deception and extortion,”

And the role of "Muslims"?

Well, according to their "holy" scriptures it is to wreak destruction on the kuffir (non-Muslims), wage jihad (holy war) against non-Muslims, practice "taqqia" (deception) against non-Muslims, and extract the jizyia (extortion) from the non-Muslims. This is all unquestioned and undeniable written doctrine of Islam.

So is this jackass projecting or what?

Muhamad had hoped to win the Jews of Medina to his cause, and was evidently self-effacing enough to include significant segments of their scriptures into his then developing Quran. When he perceived their ridicule of him though, and their rejection of him as “the” prophet, he turned on them and essentially wiped out their presence in the region from that time forth.

So what does this saudi cleric say about that initial period? He changes the history to fit his narrative. How convenient.

I agree that your basic tenet is right on. Mohammad made common cause with the Jews of Medina, but was offended when they didn’t buy into his bullsh*t. He never forgave the Jews for that.

But you ought not refer to his “developing Quran”. The Quran wasn’t “developed” (and this is a most appropriate word) until a couple centuries after Mohammad’s death. All he had was his tall tales. I don’t think there is any evidence that Mohammad could read or write.

Yeah, but that's voluntary, while the way Jews get the blood used in their rituals is by kidnapping pure, innocent muslim babies and then slaughtering them (interestingly enough, they claim it's in the same way that muslims slaughter cattle to make it "halal.")

And let's not forget the Jewish (and Israeli) trade in body parts for transplants, kidnapping muslims and using them for "spare parts."

These are all common beliefs in the middle east. Can anyone really think there will ever be peace while one party honestly believes this insane crap of the other?

I believe you're correct, and so I tried to use the term, "developing" advisedly.

I thought this article from Wiki interesting in that context too.

History Of The Quran

Thanks.
