Unless the money problems have caused the state to drop the program, those with low incomes could get the California taxpayers to pay for insurance, car repairs, and more — also I believe that there is a state law protecting ILLEGALs from having their cars seized when they were caught driving without a license, drunk, or whatever. Now that law will have to be changed to cover former ILLEGALs also.
And that is all you need to vote in CA. Motor voter. You get a driver’s license, you get automatically registered into the Democratic Party. It’s a two-fer.
I have a friend at work who’s wife is seeing Obama’s new policy. She is seeing dozens of new Mexican kids — FROM MEXICO Mexican kids — signing up at her high school as a result of them getting these supposed work Visas. And I live in Yuba City, a small conservative rural valley town an hour north of Sacramento. I can’t imagine what is happening in Los Angeles schools right now. They must be registering hundreds at a time.
We’re fooked. California first, USA later. We be fooked. Way to import a poor illiterate underclass.
What was that recently published statistic? I think it was, a third of new immigrants are on welfare, and half of the immigrants that are in the nation over 20 years are on welfare.

I had the same problem in New Mexico last time I voted there. it seems there was a state law that actually prohibited asking for any ID to prove that the vote your casting is your own.
It seems everything democrats get the case they show themselves bent upon enabling and facilitating Massive voter fraud in the laws they pass.
I do not know how we as a people in theses States can have any presumption that our elections are at all legitimate.
Federal usurpers have forced such a compromising position upon every state with their motor voter fraud in 1993.

Subsequently ANY state that allows illegal aliens to get drivers licences is also by the same usurpation allowing them to vote.
