I still believe in the jury box before the cartridge box.
But REAL juries. Where they are given ALL THE FACTS. Where they are able to VOTE THEIR CONSCIENCE. Where they don’t treat some homeless bum ANY DIFFERENT than they would treat some famous celebrity. Where the judge cannot order or threaten them in any way.
I always was a bit of a dreamer...

As dumbed down the average American citizen is, I honestly wonder if pleading your case to a judge or a panel of judges is better or worse than appearing before a jury of strangers that really aren't your peers.
