I could agree with 9.5-10%. I’ve measured myself enough times to know that when the 6-pack abs show clearly I’m down to 9% and when my obliques come out and my lower abs look like a speed bump right above my navel I’m down to 8%. To get any lower would require diuretics and a total starvation diet.

Ryan has a reputation for using P90X - and he has a whole group of congress people who join him in the gym on a regular basis.

This is a great thing .. a VP and potential Pres who is conscious of his health. I believe it was GW who did the same - eating right, exercising and looking good!!!

These actions are better than the “nanny state” telling people what they can’t eat or drink.

I get down to 8-8.5% every so often but it's tough to maintain.

Here is a big secret most people do not know. All those buff men on men's fitness magazine covers with pronounced abs do not look like that all the time. They go on a hardcore diet/workout program 2 months or so ahead of time before the photo shoot.

There are some guys with abs 24/7 365 but they are not the norm...by far.
