Obama, being a malignant narcissist, cannot hide his hate when it wells up, because it is part of what he is more than who he is. He was shooting hate daggers at Ryan for exposing the Obamaroid lies in the legislation, because little barry bastard commie didn’t even know what was int eh bill with his name on it! The details of 0bamacare are simply a distraction, anyway.
Of course, the sheeperals actually think its intent is to “help people”,
but the real intent, and the reason 0bama didn’t know or care about the details,
was for the gov’t to seize control of the population’s access to medical care.

Check out Obama’s hand position on the right side of his face (about 5.25 in the video), and you will see that THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES IS FLIPPING THE BIRD TO A MEMBER OF CONGRESS - PAUL RYAN.
This is not only repugnant and obnoxious; it’s juvenile and disgusting; along with being beneath the dignity of the Office of the President. But this seems to be par for the course in the Obama regime.
