Special Operations Speaks To Bob Beckel: Say It To My Face
Special Operations Speaks ^ | August 16, 2012 | Larry Bailey, CAPT (SEAL), USN (Ret.),

Posted on 08/17/2012 12:32:45 PM PDT by lward99

Yesterday, Fox News’ “The Five” ran a segment on the military members who are taking action against President Barack Obama and his administration for their deliberate, continuing national-security leaks that are endangering the lives of the military men and women who serve and protect the United States of America. In that segment, liberal smear artist Bob Beckel defended the Obama White House’s intentional release of highly sensitive and highly classified security information:

"The idea to suggest that the President of the United States would leak intelligence information, jeopardizing people in the field is close to treason," Beckel said. “If I were them – I assume they are out of the military now – they ought to take their benefits and go home.”

As honorably discharged and retired veterans of the Special Operations communities of all the Armed Forces and their supporters, whose mission in forming Special Operations Speaks is to illuminate the failed operational security environment of the current presidential administration, we find Bob Beckel’s commentary slanderous, insulting and appalling.

To Bob Beckel mere free speech is "close to treason" ? Is he a North Korean citizen?

So, Beckel said that to suggest 0bama is a traitor is “treason”?

Hmmm... sounds like we have a “king”, not a president.

“Where I can I purchase tickets?”

Beckel - that pusse should just keep his mouth full of jelly donuts instead of swallowing and coming up for air. I never saw this guy a lot until I started to watch the five (right around getting home from work) and I like the show, especially the girls...but that gooey Pillsbury dough boy, Beckel is just another pastry faced lib...a walking vomitorium of liberal fantasies and tough guy posturing that makes me ill. Reminds me of Olberwoman.

That would be correct Bob, just like conspiring with the Russians and intentionally damaging our military and economy.

The idea that Obama would seems pretty justifiable. Just ask Brian Terry’s family.......... information weapons whatever its all the same when it cost American lives for politics.

To use Beckel’s own comparison, if Beckel was worried about the Swift Boats in 2004, then the combined efforts of Special Operations Speaks, OPSEC and other like-minded Special Operations fraternal organizations will seem like “Swiftboating on Steroids” during this critical 2012 presidential election. Be afraid Bob . . . be very afraid.

Ohhhhhh yeaaaaah.

I hope Beckel reads this. It's as close to normal testosterone as he'll ever get.

Bob Beckle versus a Navy Seal...

Heck, the fight would be over before it started, Beckle would probably keel over from a coronary if the walk from his car to the fighting ring was more than a hundred feet.

There’s a fine nuance here, Beckel thinks its treason to speak against the president. In Nazi Germany they swore allegiance to Adolph Hitler. We don’t. No American soldier has any legal obligation whatsoever, to remain silent when he has knowledge of his superiors committing crimes. This includes the president.

These SOS guys are great... it’s long overdue to have someone challenging Mr. Beckel. I think Eric Bolling is the most frequent member of the Five who fails to challenge Beckel’s serial misstatements. I think Bolling should hire an intern just to fact-check (in real time) Beckel’s absurd assertions so that they can be knocked down throughout the show.

Watching Beckel makes me wonder how Walter Mondale carried Minnesota in 1984.

I am posting these statements in response to the Obama campaign politicizing America's Special Operation Forces who were responsible for killing Osama bin Laden. It is so wrong that it must be denounced in the strongest possible terms.

"Americans should never have to wonder if their loved one died to get someone elected."

"Americans should never have to wonder if her service members have killed to get someone elected."

"The American military is above politics and each member swears an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States - not a political party, not a politician."

"The decisions involved in committing American Military Forces to combat are so grave, and the consequences life altering, that no one can ever doubt the motivation behind those decisions."

"It is beneath the Presidency for Mr. Obama to allow his political operatives to campaign on this rhetoric. For him to allow this demeans the office, demeans the man, and it demeans the integrity of the nation. This type of campaign rhetoric puts all of our military at greater risk for a cheap political point. Mr. Obama may believe that his reelection is of vital national interest, but try to explain that to the families of those 803 service members who have died in Afghanistan since January 20th of 2009. The raid to kill Osama bin Laden was fortunate enough to not have suffered any friendly casualties, but if he is willing to take individual personal credit for this action is he willing to take the personal blame for the deaths of our soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines who died faithfully executing his orders in Afghanistan?"

Well, I love "The Five" and I understand that a show with four conservative/Libertarian/Republicans has to include one, pathetic Democrat, but not the neckless, douche-bag who posted the names, addresses, phone numbers & children's schools of the 2000 GOP electors and encourage unhinged members of his party to "pay them a visit".

He couldn't carry the jock of a single Seal Team member and I mentioned that in the letter I sent FOX News.

There’s a fine nuance here, Beckel thinks its treason to speak against the president.

The nuance isn’t that fine. The oath ALL take is to protect and defend the Constitution. No loyalty, no obeisance, is owed to the president of the U. S. And treason hasn’t been charged often enough against certain members of that particular portion of the population.

Another agreement. The operative word in all this is “morons.” Some have departed (I hope, with prejudice)—like Margaret Hoover; but far too many are left (no pun). They completely miss the point of the so-called fair & balanced mantra: Sure, expose the ideas, good and bad. Then have the courage and intelligence to argue on behalf of the good. Since when does fairness compel that evil or wrong get equal time?

Ditto for me.

Can’t stand either Bob or Juan .. or most of the hyper-ventilating radical dems that appear on FOX. I call them “arrogantly ignorant”.

Bob’s comment (10 years after 2000), that “Bush stole the election” did it for me.

I sent FOX an email and ranted and raved about what the truth was regarding the 2000 election .. explaining that one year after the election, several liberal media pooled their money and went down to FL to do a recount (all legally allowed under election laws). I’m sure their goal was to prove Bush had not really won the election. What happened is that the libs found out that not only had Bush won the election .. he had really won it by more than 1500 votes, not 537. And .. in 2004 he won it by more than 4 million.

Of course, the lefty media placed the story at the bottom part of the fold - buried in a weird section of the NYT. To make sure nobody saw it .. so they could continue to hit Bush as illigitimate.

Funny thing .. Bob quit saying it for awhile .. but I heard him say it again recently. Which proves to me that Bob only said it because he believes the public is too stupid to know the correct answer.

As for Juan .. FOX created a monster when they supported him after he was fired from NPR. Juan has such a big head now, he thinks whatever he says is the most important thing .. and he yells over everybody with his ignorant statements.

I would love to see Bob and Juan removed from the 5 - but I know that’s never going to happen. So .. I just don’t watch it.

It’s so simple: It’s idealogy - that’s the whole answer.

That’s the primary reason the left loves the dictators of the world .. because they’re jealous that it isn’t them.

Sadly, Obama has the same idealogy - he fancies himself as KING; which well explains the “hit list” the president keeps of those he wants to get rid of.

Once people understand it’s about idealogy .. they seem to realize it answers all the questions of why the left does what it does.

I agree .. and I’m especially unhappy with Hannity lately. Twice now he has brought on Ann Coulter and then had Peter Johnson Jr (jealous little man) and pitted them against each other. Peter is so rude to her and Hannity does nothing. The 2nd time Hannity did it - Ann told him to take a hike and she would never be on his show again. She finally relented - but only because Hannity had her on by herself.

The other incident happened just a few days ago. Dinesh was on to promote his movie “2016”. A squishy dem, Shoen, was on with him. Untrue to Shoen’s usual comments, he was simply outrageous .. ranting and raving and not allowing Dinesh to get a word in edgewise. I was so angry.

I have calmed down now, and plan to send Hannity a msg telling him how appalling that episide was. He needs to have Dinesh back on, by himself, and show us clips from the film.

Remember, if you just don’t watch - they don’t care as much as they do when you actively complain with specifics.

For Beckel or anybody else to get upset about it is useless .. these guys are no longer under the power of the “king”.
