I understand there's Fed stimulus funds available for more instruction and range time....it comes with the grant money for midnight basketball...if all goes as planned the range will be open after basketball...thus getting the kids thru to daylight at which point they can go home and get some much needed sleep....

I've walked the streets of the Bronx a few times...at night...and they were paradise compared to the streets of Chicago.
