Young voters the ones who so notably turned out for Barack Obama in 2008 are fed up with being unemployed, and many are beginning to turn against the presidents big-government solutions to Americas economic woes.
One group tracking this turnaround is Generation Opportunity, or GO, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that seeks to mobilize Americans aged 18-29 toward real solutions to joblessness and the flailing economy.
GO boasted this past week that its family of Facebook pages with names like We Like Small Government and Gas Prices Are too D High have topped over 4 million likes and growing, fueled by a young demographic that polls show is increasingly disillusioned with Obamas economic policies.
Every day, young Americans search for meaningful, full-time jobs in a career of their choice and, instead, experience first-hand the stark reality imposed by the poor economy, states Paul. T. Conway, president of GO and a former chief of staff of the U.S. Department of Labor. Rather than resorting to pessimism, however, young adults are taking a harder look at who and what is creating barriers to economic opportunity...

>> MARK LEVIN: The truth is, ladies and gentlemen, the truth is, if you’re a parent or a grandparent, this election is not about us. It’s not about parents and grandparents.
Exactly.
It’s unfortunate the youth vote cannot grasp who’s really looking out for them.
Golly miss molly!!!! Guess this is “Hope” and “Change” they can’t live with!!!
Too bad!
Maybe they will learn to listen to those idiot professors a little less. They all live in a dream world where they work a few hours a week and get big bucks and don’t understand REAL work and the meaning of money.
It doesn't occur to her that busiensses would not outsource if hiring domestically would be more profitable. And her idol Obama is making that harder and harder.

Thanks for the info. Sorry about that.
Gas prices are high because of economic globalism and foreign cultural romanticism in western economic leaders (favored political constituents). Fuel prices will go much higher. The dollar will fall far by the same cause to adjust to our relative lack of domestic production and trade deficits. Same cause against American jobs. Regulations against manufacturing, especially local regulations against new, small manufacturing starts (e.g., zoning), should be abolished.
It’s good that college aged liberals are getting mugged by the very liberalism they’ve nursed on for the past 16+ years.
Does she blame greedy businessmen for the food in the grocery store, air conditioning and shoes?
Ask her what she thinks about the thousands of newly legal workers without jobs that Obama granted amnesty to. Whose jobs will they be doing while more US citizens are looking for work?
The Screwed Generation is discovering who really screwed them.
..... Unfortunately for this country, I am hearing more and more from the newly "Politically Aware" youthful voters that there is a fast growing grassroots movement with the intent of using their right to vote as a protest vote .... against the political machine in this country.
Yes they are fed up with this administration ..... but the propaganda machine of the left has done its job all too well and have poisoned their minds against the GOP also.
The plan, I am hearing that is gaining momentum in the social network universe, is to either vote "Third Party" or write in their favorite non political candidate such as one of the joke candidates ..... ie ... Boot Head, Vermin Supreme, Cthulhu etc. or some cartoon character from the Cartoon Network ... etc .... etc. They want to make a statement about the disfunctional American political system.
Unfortunately for the United States of America though.... these newly minted voters are not truly aware of the grave repercussions of this movement.
WHAT! disappointed in your leader, hope this is a lesson your......propagandist leftist commie professor didnt teach you! guess what? HE LIED! YOU FELL FOR IT AND NOW YOUR LIVING AT HOME WITH NO JOB AND NO PROSPECTS FOR A FUTURE. Your vote counts use it!
That’s fine with me. If these were Obama voters in 2008 and they’re not Obama voters today, then so be it. Think of them like the Ralph Nader voters in 2000.
First time I've seen that photo. I like it!
LOL!
BINGO.
