Court documents reveal that the victim of an alleged vicious sexual assault remembers some of the suspects telling her about being unhappy with the way they were treated in the United States. Five Iraqi nationals were arrested in connection with the case.
Two are charged with the crime while all five are charged as accessories with the crime. Some of the victims injuries were described by police as being rarely seen.
"I can tell you this is one of the most horrific sexual assaults I've seen in my career as a police officer," said Lt. Howard Black with the Colorado Springs Police Department.
---snip---
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the victim described a conversation with the men that centered on how unhappy they were with the treatment they received in the United States. The men also spoke about the Untied States oppressing them and calling them terrorists. --snip--- In the following days, several of the suspects were re-interviewed. In the end, Sarmad Fadhi Mohammed and Jasim Mohammed Hassin Ramadon were arrested for both the sexual assault and being accessories to the crime. Mustafa Sataar Al Feraji, Ali Mohammed Hasan Al Juboori and Yasir Jabbar Jasim were also arrested and charged as accessories.

Our government sucks. No protection from our enemies at all.
The right thing would be put them on a one way trip back to their country.
she should have gone back into her own apartment asap and slammed the door and called the police if the idiots were in the hall fighting. When will women learn men are scary?
Yeah....in body bags, packed with pig entrails.
To be a truly devout Muslim one has to be an Islamist and thus a blight, curse and scourge to the civilized world.
From what I read, they have bounties on their heads in Iraq but I like your idea better LOL
A spokesperson from the District Attorneys office told 11 News Tuesday if the men are convicted they will serve their time here and then be deported. If they’re found not guilty they will likely still be sent back to Iraq....................................... Bye Bye.
I’m surprised holder and the doj hasn’t demanded their release on the grounds that their “religion” is being interfered with.
Didn’t Hillary clear the way for 52,000 muslims to come into the US free and clear, possibly eligible for welfare benefits?
If you are not being treated well just go rape somebody. You will feel a whole lot better. Great!!!

There was a time when rapists were hanged by the neck, often from a light pole.
These things seem to keep happening with guys named Mohammed.
They ain't seen nothin' yet.

There is nothing to fear from an honorable Christian or Jewish man.
Here is an overview of rape as a capital offence at http://www.abajournal.com/magazine/article/death_for_rape_an_echo_of_the_past/.
I remember growing up in WV in the 1950s rape was a capital crime.
Or to Hell! Wait! Not all that much difference. Send 'em to Hell, anyway.
I think capital punishment ought to be re-instituted for rape of an adult woman. With certain stipulations.
First, if it is shown the woman is lying, she should suffer whatever the penalty for attempted murder is.
Second, the evidence must be clear. “She said, he said”, just won’t cut it. this will pretty much rule out “date rape”, and drunken party stuff. Forcible stranger rape would be what got the death penalty.
There might be a few more reasonable stipulations that I am not thinking about right now. I would be glad to hear them.

Ramadon, one of the men accused of the sexual assault, was featured in A Soldiers Promise, a 2009 combat memoir penned by Army First Sgt. Daniel Hendrex about the time he spent deployed in the Iraqi town of Husaybah. Hendrex described helping Ramadon in his effort to immigrate to the U.S. in exchange for vital information the youngster 14 at the time provided Hendrexs unit about local insurgents.
