Trends can change in a heartbeat. I wish I shared your optimism, but I've watched the people in Iran, Egypt and Afghanistan cheer while they closed their minds and voluntarily stuck their own necks into the noose of radical islam. I believe we are headed towards a very bloody denouement between the forces of radical islam and what's left of Western civilization.

Ask any Christian Indo emigrant who fled the church burnings and bombings, rapes and killing by moslems in Indonesia now living in the USA: they will tell you it`s all BS.
Some muslims supposedly "convert", then emigrate to USA only to spy on the churches here and report back home so the govt and groups can harrass their families.
I was witness to so-called "converts" in a Indo Cathloic church in California and EVERYONE in the congregation knew that they were SPIES because they always were going back and forth to the Indo consulate in San Francisco and LA
The only true converts are the ones whose familiies have been in Indo for over 400 yeas.
My Indo friends tell me "They are making fun of Catholics-They are laughing at us by doing this! Hajetawa tawaken." gelak gelak gelak-One said to me just now, "I don`t believe it! I have never seen any moslem convert to Christianity in 60 years since I am living here in Jakarta."
600 churches have been destroyed by burnings and bombings in Indonesia since 1972, not counting the seminaries and the homes and businesses of Christians burnt to the ground.
If these "converts" are being allowed to emigrate to USA, it`s a 5th column right in our midst. I am warning all of you NOW! It`s pure propaganda and BS.
I was associated with the the Northern California Indonesian Cathoilic Community for 20 years and I know what I am talking about.
1400 years hasn't been enough?
