Norquist to Tanden: " Neera you ignorant slut..."
On Feb. 4, 2009, only two weeks after being sworn into office, Barack Obama signed a bill to increase spending on the State Childrens Health Insurance Program (known as SCHIP) by $32.8 billion, to be funded by tax increases on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
This broke his promise of no tax increases for people making less than $250,000 annually. Or did he think only milionaires smoke cigarettes?
Obama's U.S. Federal Tax Increases on Tobacco:
(pay special attention to 3d item down)
Tax on a pack of cigarettes from $0.39 to $1.01 per pack
Tax on pipe tobacco from $1.0969 per pound to $2.83 per pound
Tax on RYO tobacco from $1.0969 per pound to $24.78 per pound
Tax on cigarette papers (50 or less) from $0.0122 to $0.0315
Tax on cigarette tubes (50 or less) from $0.0244 to $0.0630
The more we smoke, the healthier our chilrun will be!
This'll make choomin' more expensive. Just like Obama to screw his buddies.
Send treats to the troops...
Great because you did it.

Holy crap!? A RYO Tobacco place opened up a block from here. How can anyone afford the stuff??
They buy mild pipe tobacco and use it for cigarettes.
I have several things I’d like to say to Tanden.
