“So, not protecting an Idiot who just gave away a Republican Senate Seat because he can’t keep his mouth shut is an assault on Conservatism?”

It certainly is. Let Missouri worry about its own problems. Unless you vote here in Missouri, your opinion means nothing. If you believe in “States Rights” then act like it and let the good folks of Missouri work this out. GOP establishment threats are nonsense...as is that idiot Scott Brown. Another Romney liberal type.

Scott Brown.....LOL A RINO of the highest order.

This guy made a mistake in his choice of words. Anyone with any comprehension knows what he was really trying to say. But his own people turned against him. Now they will Get another Scott Brown at best. Just plain pathetic.

No doubt that the GOP is tickled pink because this boy was just too much of a threat for them. Just imagine that they would have to put up with another real conservative candidate. It might be a threat to their whole organization.

Maybe things have changed since mid-morning. But at that time there were a whole series of people “calling for Akin to get out” of the race but when Akin was asked about it stated that not a single one of those folks had called him and asked him, in confidence, to bow out. I hold these folks who are posturing for the media but not having the guts to make a personal one-on-one call to Akin in very low regard.

Why such a so very widespread lack of character?

Considering that the direct quote was “the female body has ways to shut that down”. There was no “may”, there was no “reduce the chance”. He flat out saud that the female body has ways to shut it down.
Before you call someone ignorant, try making sure you have the correct quote. Anyway, if he stays on the ballot, Claire keeps the seat. He is toast.

The impact of the comments made by this Idiot have already spread beyond Missouri like a Cancer. Now we have Obama commenting on it and the Democrat Party using it as a rallying cry to reinforce their War on Women mantra against us.

I will defer to your Residency and will hope that the good people of your State will reverse the damage already done. The only upside is that this jerk didn't wait until the end of October to mouth off. Thank God for small Miracles.

Since my opinion counts for nothing, I will assume that you have now guaranteed that your resident expert on Forcible Rape and the chance of Pregnancy (that may or may not result from it) will have no impact on any other Conservative / Republican Candidates in the upcoming Election.

Did I detect a hint of sarcasm with your “Another Romney Liberal type” final sentence? LOL, yeah that's me...

Just a bump in the road, nothing to see here.

He needs to withdraw immediately so we can put someone in there with time to campaign. Aken is toast (I'm sure you mean Akin). No one with an IQ over room temperature would vote for him now.

Oh good, we have the 'first' to throw the stone.

Everyone says dumb things now and again. Show me one who has not.

Now is not the time to be the judge, jury, and executioner.

I would wager that you have never heard of Aken (sic) prior to today. I would gladly eat my words if you can say other wise.

Missouri must take the Senate from McPelosiCaskill...MUST!

Look it, my point is quite simple: Everyone says, does stupid things. However, their life should not end because of it. It's not like he ordered the massacre of the Jews.

And now you lie.

You removed the words “try to” from Akin’s quote.

How pro-abortion are you, chae? So pro-abortion that you have to take something out of context and also misquote someone in order to destroy them? Akin is 100% pro-life. That’s why so many people, like you, are so poised to destroy him.

Michael Berry talks some sense on this issue. Republicans need to grow a pair and not worry about upsetting liberals. Download the MP3 file and listen. Here is the link to the file: Click HERE.

“Time for Akin to “spend more time with his family”.”

LOL! Absolutely. Give someone who can win the chance to campaign.

Akin has to go, but self-serving comments from RINO clowns like Brown won’t help the situation. The pressure needs to be exerted behind the scenes. I have no use for opportunists like Brown who delight in the opportunity to dance on the grave of a colleague before the body is even in the ground.

You say that he said something that bears no resemblence to his actual quote and have the nerve to say that I lie? I posted the quote as I found it on this very website.
How pro life am I? Adopted at 4 days old because my bio mom didnthave the abortion my bio dad paid for. I have been to the jan. March in washington. My junior year in high school was made hell by some teachers and students because my pro life views wouldn’t let me support bill clinton. At age 17 I called out Representive Harold volkmer at a town hall for his support of FOCA. I volunteer at Birthright and I no longer attend the church I was baptized in because I told the preacher his unwillingness to take a stand against abortion made him a silent partner in infanticide.
Now I will say this so even you can understand it: he is over. Before he opened his mouth on this he had a double digit lead over Claire. That is gone now. Speaking of Claire, she is the only person who still wants him to stay in. What is important to me is defeating Claire, not tying myself in knots to defend something I consider to be stupidity.

OK, you seem to be admitting that you are ignorant, rather than malicious.

I challenge you to view the raw footage of the interview, here:

http://fox2now.com/2012/08/19/the-jaco-report-august-19-2012/

It’s the third video down on the page.

Honestly, I don’t see anything offensive or mean about what he said.
