Perhaps Akin can withdraw and get Whoopi “it’s not rape rape” Goldberg’s job. I mean, being against killing a baby is soft on rape? How about punishing rapists instead of babies? Where do these hypocrites stand on defunding ACORN?

I don’t think you have any medical basis to support those comments about pregnancy...in any event it seemingly trivializes the whole concept of rape to put it in those terms, and it certainly is not something to have as part of a branding of the party or a campaign platform.

If he does not drop out and drop out soon, this could potentially turn into a monumental disaster for the entire party nationwide...it has certainly already taken some of the wind out of the sails on our side that this is now part of the national narrative.
