President Obama Defends His Campaign's Tone (his team doesn't "go out of bounds.")
Yahoo! News ^ | 8/20/12 | Jake Tapper | ABC OTUS News

President Obama defended the tone of his campaign today, saying his team doesn't "go out of bounds."

The president was asked by CBS's Nancy Cordes if he had compunctions about the tenor of the campaign, saying that "your campaign has suggested repeatedly without proof that Mr. Romney might be hiding something in his tax returns, they have suggested that Mr. Romney might be a felon for the way that he handed over power of Bain Capital, and your campaign and the White House have declined to condemn an ad by one of your top supporters that links Mr. Romney to a woman's death from cancer."

...

"I'm not sure all those characterizations that you laid out there were accurate," the president said. "For example, nobody accused Mr. Romney of being a felon."

(Last month, referring to documents filed with the Security and Exchange Commission by Bain Capital that consistently listed Romney as the CEO even though he had relinquished that power, Obama deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter said, "Either Mitt Romney, through his own words and his own signature, was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the SEC, which is a felony. Or, he was misrepresenting his position at Bain to the American people to avoid responsibility for some of the consequences of his investments.")

On he and his campaign's demand that Romney release more than two years of tax returns, ..

"People want to know that, you know, everybody's been playing by the same rules including people who are seeking the highest office in the land," he said.

“”I’m not sure all those characterizations that you laid out there were accurate,” the president said.”

And the ferocious press corps nodded ferociously....

The public eye appears to be taking its toll on Obama's "youthful" vim and vigor.

Kinda like Hillary's term in the Senate.

Stephanie Cutter who works for his campaign said it. But their god has now spoken so all the lick spittle’s in the Junk Media will meekly bow and accepted the words of their master.

The man is shrinking in stature as his melt down continues in full view whenever he is forced to make a public appearance(that includes his pitiful campaign appearances). The Dufus-in-Chief was flushed out of the West Wing Bunker by the new media and performed like the lying imbecile he is when he foolishly hijacked the press from Carney. Huge mistake and an absolute pleasure to watch.

Prsident Obama is now officially grasping at straws, to say the least. And it's making even Carter look like a decent President in comparison.

In short, the world is now finding out what Conservatives warned in 2008: Obama really is a ZERO.

Everything about this vile, ignorant POS is “out of bounds”.

Of course they’re never ‘out of bounds’ because there’s no boundaries to begin with. Anything goes.

This ABC/yahoo article has drawn nearly 7,000 comments, the overwhelming majority of which are intensely negative. The degree of rancor being expressed against Obama is remarkable. Very encouraging. Anyone paying any attention at all and who may be the least bit undecided would be getting quite the education from these posters.

“It was Reid. Maybe Pelosi, too- I don’t know.”

Hard to keep straight who said what. They’re all joined at the hip and read from the same page.

Wasn’t there an article just yesterday about Obama’s pounding Romney for months on end, then he’d pivot and act as if he would never say a bad word against anybody? Guess it’s now pivot time. Don’t think it’ll work.

Just in case anyone is wondering about Barack Obama, the following puts him into perspective:

Profile of the Sociopath
This website summarizes some of the common features of descriptions of the behavior of sociopaths (http://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html).

Glibness and Superficial Charm

Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

Grandiose Sense of Self
Feels entitled to certain things as “their right.”

Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests.

Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way.

Shallow Emotions
When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Outraged by insignificant matters, yet remaining unmoved and cold by what would upset a normal person. Since they are not genuine, neither are their promises.

Incapacity for Love

Need for Stimulation
Living on the edge. Verbal outbursts and physical punishments are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for others’ feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of them.

Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Rage and abuse, alternating with small expressions of love and approval produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused, as well as creating hopelessness in the victim. Believe they are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet “gets by” by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others’ lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

Promiscuous Sexual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child sexual abuse, rape and sexual acting out of all sorts.

Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution. Changes life story readily.

Other Related Qualities:
Contemptuous of those who seek to understand them
Does not perceive that anything is wrong with them
Authoritarian
Secretive
Paranoid
Only rarely in difficulty with the law, but seeks out situations where their tyrannical behavior will be tolerated, condoned, or admired
Conventional appearance
Goal of enslavement of their victim(s)
Exercises despotic control over every aspect of the victim’s life
Has an emotional need to justify their crimes and therefore needs their victim’s affirmation (respect, gratitude and love)
Ultimate goal is the creation of a willing victim
Incapable of real human attachment to another
Unable to feel remorse or guilt
Extreme narcissism and grandiose
May state readily that their goal is to rule the world

(The above traits are based on the psychopathy checklists of H. Cleckley and R. Hare.)
